Trey was absolutely amazing, kept telling me over and over not to worry, he had it under control. Trey quickly became part of our Courtyard Family. I felt so grateful to have Trey put his own family life on hold and move into our hotel to ensure our sewer pit didn't overflow and flood the hotel. Himself, Israel, and Larry made sure we were taken care of at all times. They definitely made me feel at ease knowing that they truly cared and paid so much attention to our hotel. When the sewer pumps came in, Trey was excited to be able to go home to his family, only to find out that the pumps were incorrect, with no hesitation Trey said, don't worry Caitlin, I got you!!!
