When I go into the house to grab my keys I come back out and he is BACKING DOWN MY DRIVEWAY and driving away. When I try calling him to ask what is going on he doesn't answer. I call from a different phone and get the receptionist who also proceeds to attack me. I let her know it was very unprofessional and I would be leaving a review with BBB and she hangs up on me. I was fortunate enough to meet Trey when we had an unfortunate mishap with our sewer pumps at the…read morehotel. Trey was absolutely amazing, kept telling me over and over not to worry, he had it under control. Trey quickly became part of our Courtyard Family. I felt so grateful to have Trey put his own family life on hold and move into our hotel to ensure our sewer pit didn't overflow and flood the hotel. Himself, Israel, and Larry made sure we were taken care of at all times. They definitely made me feel at ease knowing that they truly cared and paid so much attention to our hotel. When the sewer pumps came in, Trey was excited to be able to go home to his family, only to find out that the pumps were incorrect, with no hesitation Trey said, don't worry Caitlin, I got you!!! They pumped for an additional 5 days!!!! Staff was friendly and respectful. I can't say how truly grateful we are to Mosley Septic. When our sewer pumps failed, it was Mosley Septic that came to our rescue when the plumbing company couldn't keep up with the plumbing as well as Mosley could.

Explained what I had done and they could not have been any nicer or understanding. They quickly fixed that problem and then examined another ongoing problem, explained what could be done along with options and no pressure at all. Sent me estimates right away for each option. So pleased with them and their courtesy. Will definitely call again when I decide on which option to choose.

We have been having problems with our Septic for about a year. We've had Reddi Industries out here…read moreto empty our Septic and clean out our Septic 4 times this year. I got several bids for replacing our leech lines. Decided upon the recommendation of an acquaintance that Brown Septic was a reliable company. Kurt Brown came out and quoted bids, then my Husband called him back that night and picked one of the options. Since there have been a lot of issues with Septic Systems in Wichita this year (due to ground saturation from all of the rains) -- it took a little over a week for them to come out. But they called the day before to see if we were available and said that they would be here the next morning at 9:30 AM. They showed up at :9:15 AM and emptied out tank, then proceeded to bring in their backhoe. Then they proceed to tear out the old leech lines and replace with what he called a 'Chamber System'. Kurt built a Manifold' and He & his Wife, Patty, put in out Septic lines. They finished up around 3 PM. The City of Wichita Inspector showed up about 4:30PM and told me that he would contact Kurt Brown and tell him to proceed. Anyway, they came back and covered up the 'System' and picked up their equipment. And then dropped off my receipt, plus some additional business cards (which I had requested). I will let you all know how well that 'Chamber System' work!
