I had an issue with the B&S engine on it, needed servicing, a warranty repair thing. I brought the mower to a local authorized Briggs repair center (Arlington Power Equipment), they were a joke! Held it for 10 days until they could get to it, then just did a quick looksee, nothing was repaired, they just totally left me hanging! So I contacted Bradley directly, they sent out their guy to come up here to pick up the mower. He haul it down to Bradley IL to their service center, they got it fixed and delivered back to me within a week. I'm quite happy with the mower and happy with the follow-up service.
