Upon entering European Ornamental, I was amazed at the artistry/options. I designed the railing I wanted in a gloss finish. At the same time, they took the front step railing to recoat to look like new for a reasonable price. In 2021, I had the back railing recoated due to some rusting after sun and winter exposure. Today my 25 yr old iron patio furniture was returned after being re powder coated in semi gloss/matte finish. IT LOOKS AWESOME, BETTER THAN NEW. Thankfully, Julian was able to transport all 16 pieces to/from the location to get all the pieces recoated-I never could have myself. For any custom work, I highly recommend EUROPEAN ORNAMENTAL. I had to give at least one star in order to write the review. CONSUMER BEWARE!! This company's…read moreright hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing, nor what their proposals even say. We had a demo scheduled and this company was supposed to do a temporary fence install. I told them no one would be onsite-because they said they needed a person there to present payment. I gave them a form of payment over the phone and was told by sales person (Susan) that this was fine if no one was able to meet installers. Ana from the office called morning of install and said that someone had to be present. The installers then left, even though I said I would be on my way if needed. (I actually was already in the car, halfway there and I was 60 min. away) Ana said they would push us to the end of the day and come back. Never got a call about when this would be. Called several times, they put me in vm. Emailed, they never responded. Meanwhile our demo begins the next day. Finally I used a different number to call them and Ana answers. Weird, huh? Ana then proceeds to tell me they will not be coming back and have no time this MONTH to return. I asked to speak to the manager or owner and I was told "no". Horrible customer service, and lied about what was required of the install-took no ownership of what salesperson told us. Why would they take my cc number over the phone a weeks prior if it was necessary for me to be onsite for payment?
