Buyer beware! I purchased a DJI OSMO 3 at 4 pm brought it back the next morning just before the store opened. I asked for a refund so I could buy the Osmo pocket. I explained the issues with set up time being an important part of my photography. I shoot wildlife photos. The owner wouldn't help me stating it was DJI policy not to refund purchases. The receipt clearly stated returns within five days. Owner is a very insecure and a poor business man. He stated that since we meaning myself and an employee opened and set up the device. DJI WOULD NOT TAKE BACK THE DEVICE. The owner is a liar. DJI stated the have no policy taking items back if customers are dissatisfied or cannot use the device. I was going to upgrade the model to a more expensive device that would have been a better fit for my business. The owner was rude and dismissive of my concerns and was smiling like a fool as I left. Get everything in writing and get them to sing if you buy from them. I went to Best Buy and got a discount and great service. Not recommended this guy is going out of business by the looks of things. Just had my Mavic Pro repaired here, and I'm very disappointed with my overall experience. I paid over $400 to repair a broken arm which took close to a month from the time I dropped it off. And when I finally got my drone back, they gave it to me with no props on the drone. They told me you have to specifically ask to get new props? They even tested the drone to ensure it was fully functional by putting new props on and then they took them off before returning it to me. This is insane. I paid for a full repair of my drone and now I have to buy all new props, wait for them to be delivered, and then see if it actually flies. Not cool. I would've been better off just buying a used Mavic Pro on Craigslist. read more

I then left appropriate feedback. Then he bribed me with $20 to change it...lol. Keep your $20 buddy. Next, he leaves me a bad google review even though he's never patronized me. I really don't care, but it's funny to me. So, here you go Joshua. Now everyone will know you offer bribes on eBay to keep your nose clean. I got beat by these guys. I'm a Construction Manager for a Towerco. Came in looking for a drone to help with tower inspections. Did a little research and decided on the Phantom 4. When I went in to check it out the person I spoke to talked me into getting the RTK version. Note - I am not a professional drone pilot, just a CM looking for a drone to add to my toolbox. So, I got the RTK version. I was told that I could do everything with it and when I needed it I could buy the basestation. Fast forward a couple of months and I realize that the RTK version doesn't do the one thing I really needed it to do which is automatic orbits of a vertical structure. I go back in and they can't do anything for me. Everyone acts like they can't hear me. Don't go here. Now I'm stuck with a $6,000 drone that doesn't do what I need. Please take note of my horrible experience at MultiCopter Warehouse. I have spent $1000's with this company. I purchased a Mavic Mini from them and it delivered in a timely manner. Presently owning 3 other DJI drones and previously owned something silly like 20 total I am very well versed in how these devices are supposed to work and be set up. After spending an hour prepping the Mavic Mini I took it out for the maiden flight in a open field far away from any possible air traffic. The drone takes off fine and flew rock steady video and seems to be flying as expected but when full power is applied an insufficient power warning pops up. I immediately notice that going from P mode to S mode offers little increase in speed. When I go 100% on both sticks the bird would climb and move away and at about 100 feet suddenly drop 5-20 feet and then recover. Its easy to re-create. As a preventative measure I land and run an IMU Calibration and Compass Calibration. All comes out clean, Insert a fully charged battery and take off again. Still stalling on climb. Land and insert the 3rd battery, Same exact thing...stalls at 100% on both sticks. I contact MultiCopter Warehouse requesting support for the situation. Not a word was discussed about the technical aspect of what would cause this. No mention of a reset or checking the flight logs. Its just slap a return label on the box and send it back to their facility in CO. Of course if it is defective I want to distance myself and any further flights could turn into a fly away. I had a FB conversation with Kerry Garrison owner of the MCW regarding firmware update that may or may not ever happen or resolve the problem. Very few people were mentioning the issue I was having. Zip ahead 1 week to when they finally do the test flight and report that they are incapable of recreating my lack of power situation. Not a single power related issue other than high winds. Their immediate posturing is they want to send it back to me TODAY. OK?...So now my only line of defense is DJI Customer service which I can not help but think I honestly should not have to deal with on a new bird. My personal field experience was not being taken in to consideration and Multicoper Warehouse was quite serious about me taking re-deliver of it. I rendered the nuclear option and informed them I would do a charge back.if they ship it. Their response...Have Kerry Garrison inform me via FB they are dispatching a refund to my credit card. They have since deleted my in store account and purchase history. Technically the refund should have given me back $69 of previous in store credits having purchased numerous devices over the years. Over all...This is a miserable situation that MultiCopter Warehouse put me in based on poor return polices with DJI. You know if it was a Best Buy purchase I would not be here. I do not think any consumer should have to fight to have confidence in a drone purchase. All I wanted was a device that worked correctly out of the box as I have seen so many others experience. Instead I get knocked off by an authorized DJI reseller. They speak of how I will get a return of funds but I am confident Josh Gibson and Kerry Garrison will drag this out for as long as possible just to be dramatic. As of 10:00AM today my credit card company sees no activity. At 12:45PM...Harassing call from Josh Gibson saying they are going to do nothing for me which probably includes not cooperating with a refund. Yes, they kept the $500 drone. However, I would not recommend these guys due to return policy - I asked for return within 30 days and store credit on another quadcopter. Query and response from the business below: I am sorry but we do not do returns on used equipment. The 30 day return policy is on unopened and unused product. Repair seekers beware. They are full of excuses and take a long time. They are not honest with repair costs and services. In my case I asked for 'broken' parts to be returned from an exorbitant repair cost where they replaced the entire gimbal assembly for just a broken ribbon. The excuse was that DJI had the only special software and device in the world to balance a gimbal after a ribbon replacement. If I declined I would have lost $35 just for them to look at my drone and shipping. After 2 and half months of waiting I received the drone. They replaced certain parts, but left some parts damaged. I didn't mind the cosmetics if the drone flys and works. My grief is with a firm agreement made to send my 'broken' parts back with the drone. They were not sent with the repaired drone. When I called about it I received more excuses and about how in their 'rush' to fix my drone they tossed my parts. After being rudely confrontational Sa'Von Thompson agreed to a proposal I gave him. I would take 10% the cost of the new parts as a return. He was rude about it, did it, but I felt I lost here. Stay away, do not do business with this company. In the first week I sent my drone to them I had fixed my second drone with a $10 gimbal ribbon myself. It flys fine. When I told Sa'Von this he challenged me rudely saying I was lying to him and that he was a certified repair person and I was not. Explaining that it was just luck that I fixed my drone. It had identical gimbal damage, and in fact was even more damaged than the one i sent to them. I should have ate the $35 fee for them to look at it and the shipping and fixed it myself. Good shop that knows Mavic drones well. I was just a little disappointed when I picked up my drone after having one of the legs replaced. I turned it in with a fully charged battery and sort of expected a fully charged battery upon return of my drone so I could test it out outside before leaving to make sure my concerns were taken care of, but they gave it to me with a fully drained battery as well as remote battery. They also gave it back with the props removed as well as the phone connecter cable. They were small details but I expected to get my drone back in the same condition I gave it to them in, minus of course the actual repair. read more

While it took longer than I wanted, these guys did turn out to be very knowledgeable and provided good customer care. I purchased a DJI controller via their website. I received a DOA DJI controller on the 15th and submitted an RMA request on the 28th - within their 14 day return policy time limit. I called them and explained the issues. I was told I would get an email / call back. Crickets. Now I'm left with a $500+ DOA controller that doesn't work. I have learnt to buy it direct from DJI or Amazon. Being a certified re-seller means they do nothing for the margin they get. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. Went in looking to purchase DJI Phantom 3 for my office in December of 2015. Got pressure to consider one of their "custom builds instead. I asked the man behind the counter, presumably the owner, to prepare a couple of quotes. We exchanged cards. Still waiting on a return call, as well as that quote. However, happily and legally flying a new DJI from MicroCenter which has a great line of drones and a liberal 30-day return policy, even on opened merchandise. As for this place being a "warehouse," well not so much. Small store front in historic building. I called at least a half-dozen stores trying to get a product shipped out for next-day, Saturday delivery. MCWH was the only company that didn't make it seem like it was a huge inconvenience and handled business with the quickness. I try to do business with local retailers and purchased a drone from multi-copter warehouse. They sold me on a Yuneec drone and when I went back with a software issue they told me they couldn't help me with my problem. I would not recommend doing business with these guys they have terrible customer support and you may as well buy your drone from a discount store and save that money read more
