We ordered and shared: Yushka (a porcini mushroom broth served with mushroom dumplings and a huge chicken meatball) with a garlic bun on the side on the recommendation of our server; Huliash (stewed beef with potato dumplings, and prunes); herring (with egg salad, boiled beet, and onions); and potato and cheese varenyky with cracklings).
