They mis- measured twice, then after 4 months time they told us the product we selected wouldn't work. They then proceeded to charge us more for another product that would work. They were extremely difficult to get hold of on the phone and in person they were not helpful either. It was a horrible experience and I highly recommend any other blinds store in Ottawa over this one. I wish we had never used them. If there was score less than 1 star I would have given that.
