Hello. Just wanted to share a positive experience (with negative test results)…read moreSunday, late afternoon I was having some dizziness & nausea. Because i'm a caregiver for my grandkids and foster children, i decided to take advantage of being tested . Went to First Call in Gambrills ( previously known as Chesapeake Ergent Care, w/same contact info) They were incredibly well run. -Open 7 days! -no appt needed -wait in-vehicle -lines are outside -Rapid & send out test -Test was not painful, just a bit uncomfortable The swab seemed to be flexible -even with a double line of 12-15 cars, it was well organized, supervised traffic director, smooth process, and a bit over an hour total time spent there ! After some of the negative stories of the process .. I was surprised.

Writing this as I'm in my exam room after and hour wait. I still have yet to be seen my someone and…read morethere was a maximum of 3 patients in the waiting room, one being myself. I can't believe how slow things are running, I've never experienced these kinds of wait time with any urgent care. This is horrible customer service and patient care. Only one single employee even addressed the wait time. I came here thinking I would get more help than from a CVS minute clinical but I was wrong and will never come back here again. The only upside is that everything is great and very clean.

Good Physical Therapy treatment. Good staff. Good equipment and facilities…read more I came to Suite 205 at this Johns Hopkins facility for some low-impact Physical Therapy. The reception area in the office has a number of automated kiosks which make checkin pretty fast, and there are counters for in-person checkin. Receptions-staff is welcoming. The wait was pretty short, with an on-time start to my appointment. The Board-Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist was an experienced professional with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. There was comprehensive communication about my situation, the custom therapeutic plan that I will be provided, and the physiological reasoning. I felt listened-to and well-cared-for. There is equipment in this facility for more extensive work, but I didnt use that on this visit. There's plenty of parking in a dedicated lot. There's a nice deli with an outside entrance to the right of the main entrance. There's a directory and elevators just inside the building. The shared areas are clean and bright.

I have needed physical therapy many times over the last decade. Though I have been referred to…read moreother companies, I insist on this establishment from now on because of the personalized care I recieve. I am always cheerfully greeted at the front desk. The office personel have managed every referral professionally and even guided me through an insurance change in the middle of therapy. The therapists truly care about you as a person and work tirelessly to provide the very best treatment plan for the individual. Their techs are friendly and professional as well. I consider Life Fitness Physical Therapy to be my only choice when I need pt.

After several visits my pain began to subside and my mobility returned at the hands of their excellent PT. Additionally I was provided with exercises to manage my pain free status as well as proper positioning myself for my hour drive to/from work. I can't thank them enough for my medicine free relief!!! Just wish I had visited them at the onset - lesson learned.

My experience at Gastro Health was phenomenal. Missake Solomon, MD of Catonsville MD is my board…read morecertified Gastroenterologist. She met with me, and spent time answering my questions. I did not feel rushed or put off. On the day of my procedure, her team was efficient and welcoming to me. The follow up was also effective and thorough, including the next steps. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Solomon. Thank you Dr. Solomon and the Gastro Health Team. Bee

Incompetent and rude office staff. They called me less than 24 hours before an appointment that had…read morebeen scheduled over a month before, to ask for a referral that's required for said appointment. I got my Primary Care office to send one over within an hour and they never bothered to check it. When I got to the appt, they 1) misgendered me and 2) told me the referral "doesn't work" because it's missing information they never asked for. They had almost an entire day to contact my Primary Care office to ask for the referral to be fixed but because of pure laziness they chose to waste my time. What's worse, is after they told me the referral won't be accepted they said "we have a 15 minute grace period..." like I was going to be able to get my Primary Care office on the phone and a new referral sent over in under 15 minutes. That's asinine. The receptionist was flat out heartless.

I selected Mercy Medical Center, specifically the Institute for Gynecological Care, from providers…read morein my network close to my home. I've visited 3 times and so far, so great. First, the center's facilities are really nice, tastefully decorated and peaceful. Second, the check in process is swift and fairly painless, though I swear I fill out the same paperwork every time I come in, but it doesn't take long. Third, I don't spend a lot of time in the waiting room. Shortly after I sign in, I get called back, which is great. I don't appreciate doctors that keep patients sitting around. Everyone's time is important. Fourth, they validate parking in the attached parking garage, which is important for a doctors office in the city with no real street or lot parking. Most importantly, I like the staff. These kinds of appointments are not fun, but the staff makes them bearable. I feel they really listen to my concerns and make a most uncomfortable exam tolerable. They make it easy to share intimate details that I usually don't tell anyone. Glad I found this place and I'll keep coming as long as I have this insurance!

Very rude and incompetent front desk staff. They moved my appointment without telling me and then…read moreacted like they were doing me a favor by making me wait until the doctor was available. Then, they "couldn't run my insurance" after already making me wait for 35 minutes - absolutely bs as I'd just seen my primary last week and work in a medical office myself. A truly awful waste of time, although I should have known better than to get reproductive healthcare from a religious institution. Last time I choose a provider because they share an EMR with my primary care.

I hate going to the dentist. The last time I went was March of 2013 because I needed a broken tooth…read more(turned out to be a cavity) filled. I don't have dental insurance and it had cost me over $300. I came across Serenity Family Dental and thought what a steal for cleaning since I haven't had it done since 2007. I normally flinch and feel worst after a cleaning then before I went in. Not with Dr. Li. She is AMAZING!! The staff are kind and everything is clean. I enjoyed having my teeth cleaned and actually talking to Dr. Li. Of course I have cavities and Dr. Li helped me find dental insurance I can pay for out of pocket to help cover the cost; but even if I wanted to pay out of pocket, they are so much cheaper then other places. Today I got a three surface cavity filled by Dr. Li and I was amazed by how numbed she got that one section to be. I usually feel the needle and slightly can feel the drill as well causing me to flinch; not with her though. I actually got to just lay back and relax. I highly recommend her and will be returning myself as well as having my daughter become a patient of hers. I have already told all of my friends and family. Thank you so much Dr. Li, I am so happy I found you.
