The trailer was not cleaned up inside from the prior user and it was gross. 2. Drop off and pick up could only be set up via phone calls. This was a major issue because I am hearing and voice impaired and most of my equipment for calls was in the trailer, as I never dreamed I would not be able to schedule that online. It is 2025 and time to have the entire process, not just the sale, online.
