Additionally, he had a few recommendations for tradesmen and craftsmen that were local that could meet my needs that I could get detailed estimates from. Obvious stuff that a license inspector should catch immediately. The potential buyer backed out and we had to take our house off the market to fix thousands and thousands of dollars worth of damage to our home. If we had known that much major stuff was wrong with the home we wouldn't have purchased the home. It was stuff that had been wrong for years. I would suggest going somewhere else!!!! When we called Wildcat Home Inspection to let them know about this (even emailed them both the inspections) they said the inspection was fine and they would only refund us just the price we paid for the inspection, it was such a slap in the face with how much money we was out of pocket on fixes. Pavers failed in 6 months due to the wrong backfill being used in the retaining wall and under pavers. Collin promised to come back and warranty the work. After 4 months of no response, he had his business phone disconnected and it went out of business. He moved out of his home and disappeared. I had to hire a new contractor to come out and redo the whole patio. They showed me everything done wrong and to this day can't say for sure this retaining wall or patio will hold. This man is a crook!

They said they would not be able to start the project for about 3 months and I said that would be perfect timing; I only needed an estimate within a week. I told them I would be cancelling my original estimate since they came over so quickly, so I would really need their estimate. I have called them over half a dozen times and left messages with no response. Since there have been issues with phone service for the past 3 weeks, understandably there was a good possibility that they never even received my messages. Today, three weeks later, I again called the main number and texted the man who did the estimate. When I still received no answer, I called their emergency line explaining that although this is not an emergency, I thought that maybe they did not receive my previous messages and could she please relay the message. I went so far as to say that I know this is not an emergency as I am a RN and it's not life or death, but again, no one has returned a call or message in 3 weeks so perhaps they did not receive my previous messages. That said, I received a very nasty text from them saying that it was very offensive to them to inquire on their "emergency line" (the only line where someone answers the phone) that I expect a phone call back after 3 weeks of them doing the initial estimate and how "Christian" they are! So let me respond from the Bible, Proverbs 15:1: "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Christian IS as Christian DOES. I would not recommend this company.

Although Lori was great to work with, the service that was provided to me by the flooring people was horrible. They laid flooring down over metal pieces and left gaps around the cabinets in the kitchen. They also left gaps around my water heater in the bathroom and didn't secure the flooring under my stackable washer and dryer so it caved the flooring in once they were put back into place. It was awful. And then it took almost three weeks for them to come back out and fix the mistakes. And that wasn't the end of it! I got charged an additional fee for all of that even though they were coming back to fix the poor service that was provided to me in the first place. The only thing I could think of is that they had bad contractors that day or they were having an "off" day when the service was originally provided. Thankfully the fee was taken care of and I got better service the second time around. I'm giving two stars for the frustration I dealt with getting the flooring fixed. Not saying this company is bad to deal with but beware the services that may be provided.
