Out of respect for their time, I showed them around quickly, and they got to work cleaning. I left the house with my dog for a bit, though they said we could stay to minimize interference. Within an hour to an hour and a half, they were done. The cost was $140. When I came back, everything looked okay at first glance. However, later, I found debris still in the corners. The water was dirty when I mopped my floor a week later. For context, I have a tiny dog whose paws get wiped on entry. I don't wear shoes in the home, and I work out of town and am out most of the day on the days I'm home, so there is not a lot of foot traffic in the home. I'm unsure if the home didn't get the attention needed because of their busy schedule or because it stressed her, but attention to detail is critical in the cleaning business. If proper attention can't be given to a home, it's better to reschedule than leave the job somewhat undone.

I hired Multi Clean Services to clean my new home before move in. Jose scheduled me on a tight deadline and was able to make some adjustments when I had to leave before they got there. I was a little nervous not getting to show them the house and point out what needed cleaning, but I really shouldn't have stressed. I came back later in the evening and everything looked AMAZING! They did an awesome job and were super thorough. I couldn't be happier with the results and they did it all at a great rate. I can't say enough about Multi Clean Services. They were absolutely great. I researched for days and decided on this service. Jose and Sonia also one other women ( I am sorry to say I forgot her name) were extremely pleasant. I have had quite a few cleaning services and finally gave up. I've used Multi Clean Services for 2-3 years now and couldn't be happier! They do a great job cleaning my place every 2 weeks, are dependable, very responsive/communicative, and reasonably priced too. Sonia does a fabulous job. Kitchen cabinets and wood floors are sparkling clean! I've never had a problem with anything being broken or not cleaned well. I know she cleans under the living room furniture because sometimes it's in a different configuration ( it's usually better than the way I had it, too!). You extended an offer for a referral discount. I referred someone, you got paid, and then backed out of the discount. That was the last referral I gave you. 2. In the middle of a prepaid contract, you attempted to raise my prices by $10 per month. I did not appreciate this dishonest practice. When confronted, you defended this position, but agreed to "wave" this increase... "This time." 3. We discussed our next six month contract, Where I agreed that a $10 increase was not unreasonable. Less than a month later, when I went to renew, you attempted to raise the price another five dollars. So let me ask you, would you do business with a company that does this? The services are a gift to my wife. Your standards have decreased. My wife has noticed. Things have been missed. Increasing prices, decreasing standards, and deceptive business practices. This not anger. This is disappointment. We will not be renewing. Respectfully, and regretfully, I will be updating all reviews to reflect current circumstances. Do better. Be better. Integrity Matters...ALWAYS!" They agreed to meet me at my home, to resolve the matter, but an hour before the meeting, 2 girls that spoke no English, showed up at my door, unannounced, without an appointment or a contract.
