If I could leave a ZERO star review I would!! I paid 250 for a terrible cleaning. My house is still not clean after almost 7 hours of a " Deep Clean". The carpet shampoo was set for 11am the next day (today) and it is now 1:40pm. I have talked to the owner and they said the workers were on their way.....still haven't shown up. Today is my moving day and this company has set me back in more ways than one. I am late leaving my rental property, late with the Uhaul return and late getting to my new home. DO NOT use this company, pay a little extra and get people who actually know how to clean, HOW TO schedule work properly, how to communicate with clients and how to HOLD TO THEIR WORD!! ******Updating this because of the owners garbage response with proof I sent videos, messaged at the time of SCHEDULED WORK! I had no response and have been left with no response as to why the company didn't come UNTIL THIS RESPONSE to my review. owner was notified I was in the middle of the move and was first contacted via Yelp a week prior to needing this cleaning. I got a contact back the day before I needed cleaning. To add to this. The owner showed up and was talking negative about the state of my house in Spanish (I'm fluent in Spanish, but I'm a white male. Jokes on you buddy) DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND HIRE A BETTER CLEANING SERVICE! *****additional edit!! Disappointing experience; if you're looking for a dependable cleaner in Charlotte this is not the service for you. Most of us depend on cleaners to show up on a regular schedule as we live our busy lives. After breaking a glass in my house, multiclean paid for the damage but then decided to stop responding to my messages and cancelled cleaning visits right before house guests arrived. They made up an excuse about not having a cleaner available on the morning they were supposed to come, leaving the house uncleaned before out of town visitors arrived. Embarrassing. They said they would reschedule, and then did not and stopped responding to messages. I wasted 3 days waiting on their response. Luis decided to ignore my calls and polite messages. Frustrating and unprofessional. Why did they disappear? They said that one of their cleaners didn't want to clean because she was afraid of breaking something and having to pay for it. When I hired this company, they said (and brought papers supposedly proving) that they had insurance. I'm skeptical of that claim. They make their front-line workers pay for minor damages that could happen to anyone, instead of the company taking care of the employees. I have found another cleaner, and recommend you do the same if you're looking for honesty and dependability. Time is precious and MultiClean will waste a lot of your time if you entrust them with it. read more

Wow - we were lucky to get someone as thorough as Jackie. Our apartment needed a deep cleaning when we moved and she didn't miss an inch. This company promptly got back to me and explained the service and I was able to add on some additional services as well. They saved me by being able to come out the next day!! .
