There aren't very many AAA along the 210 Fwy. This is one location I would return to for car and travel related services. Free parking spaces are adequate. Check-in line was very short. Lady staff at the check-in counter was nice and friendly. After check-in, I walked over to the DMV car registration line. Luckily, I was the first person in line. Another lady staff helped me with my transaction. She wasn't the most friendliest, but still okay. I paid cash in full. It took less than 5 mins. Got my 2027 car registration and sticker in a jiffy. Our son was driving for Lyft, and got into minor accident on 9/1/2022. Since Lyft has a deductible of $2,000 on their policy, and since the damage was under Lyft deductible we filed a claim under our auto policy. Cecelia, David's Budge agency is very helpful in following up our claim with their claims department. As of today, 11/22/22 nothing happens. Our car is stuck at the repair shop because Allstate claims department refuses to pay the repair shop for unknown reason. We don't think we are in good hands.

My car literally was driven off the lot in Alhambra when a " Fred Loya" insured driver pulled behind me at a stop light. He was so close to me that when I looked in my rear view mirror, I could see he was on his phone. It has been nothing but a headache since he HIT ME!!! His hunk of junk was unscathed and he went on with his bad self. Me on the other hand had to make many calls to his lousy insurance and mine. This went on for weeks and I still have yet to receive reimbursement for my car rental. How is it that this driver hits me and I have to pay out of my pocket?! That is so very wrong on so many levels!!!! Thank goodness I have great auto insurance. DO NOT, I REPEAT!!!! DO NOT GET THIS COMPANY TO INSURE YOUR CAR and TRY TO AVOID IF YOU CAN, getting hit by one of their insured drivers! Enough said:(!
