I assumed that's just what the insurer was charging based on actuaries, Then I got the contract, they charged me $110 for the actual insurance policy and then slapped on an agency fee of $150. That's just too steep, especially after I called around and found out how much others were charging. It feels like blatant price gouging, taking advantage of the current crisis situation. It's frustrating to see such excessive fees when you're already dealing with the stress of finding a safe place to live during these wildfires.

Lady staff at the check-in counter was nice and friendly. After check-in, I walked over to the DMV car registration line. Luckily, I was the first person in line. Another lady staff helped me with my transaction. She wasn't the most friendliest, but still okay. I paid cash in full. It took less than 5 mins. Got my 2027 car registration and sticker in a jiffy. Im very pleased with the customer service here. Every time I call in they always have the most enthusiastic attitude and it brightens up my day. Not only is the customer service amazing here, the policy they set me up with is great too! They offer automatic payments, which helps me out because I am very forgetful. They also follow up with emails and send out letters too. They really made my experience here a great one. Thank you to my agent Cecylia for setting me up with the policy. And also to all the other girls in the office; Johanna and Evelyn for helping my parents all the time as well with their payments. This office is also bilingual which is an amazing attribute to have. Our son was driving for Lyft, and got into minor accident on 9/1/2022. Since Lyft has a deductible of $2,000 on their policy, and since the damage was under Lyft deductible we filed a claim under our auto policy. Cecelia, David's Budge agency is very helpful in following up our claim with their claims department. As of today, 11/22/22 nothing happens. Our car is stuck at the repair shop because Allstate claims department refuses to pay the repair shop for unknown reason. We don't think we are in good hands.

I was rear-ended by one of their insured drivers who didn't have the insurance on her. I had to…read morewait about an hour for her to get her insurance information. Once I did it was constant back and fort trying to reach the adjuster. I was sent a check with no information of the preliminary estimate of only $248 but upon doing my own estimate at caliber collision their estimate turned out to be $1800 that isn't even covering about half of what is needed. Their adjuster told me they don't issue rental cars? but they do cash outs and that I should be receiving a check of $99 to use toward a rental car... That is not going to cover the days my vehicle needs to be in the shop. Even the aviator at caliber collision said they can't start working on my car until Fred loya goes out to check the vehicle again-- which takes them approximately 3 days according to the agent at caliber collision. They need to do better at communication and giving proper estimates. I am yet to solve my issue and am hoping I can get a rental. I will be calling managers to see if I have better luck getting a rental car through them.
