I sent out inquiries to 23 businesses on Yelp, and Beth from Doggy StyleZ stood out by responding within an hour or two! The other responses came 24-48 hours later--by which point I was already on my flight back to California! I'm pretty particular about grooming due to past poor experiences. Beth was attentive, listened carefully to my requests, and even let me show her photos. She handled my dog, Waffles, with great care, balancing thorough grooming while being mindful of his condition (he has seizures) to ensure he wasn't there longer than necessary. The best part? Waffles didn't have a seizure that night--a huge relief, as he usually experiences one after grooming sessions! Another highlight of Beth's service was the grooming report she provided. I received a picture of Waffles freshly groomed, along with detailed notes about his behavior and condition during the session. I absolutely loved that personalized touch! With my kids now living in Colorado Springs, I'll be visiting at least once a year, and I'll definitely bring Waffles back to Beth and her amazing grooming services! Highly recommend!
