(The K9 Coach) after moving to the area…read more I interviewed three trainers in my home, and Dana seemed the obvious choice due to her balanced approach, her ability to answer all my questions, and the best fit for personality, location and price. All that and my strange little dog likes her, too. Dana had my dog for a two week board and train while I went out of the country. She gave us "homework"and a variety of digital articles to study, to prepare in advance. I was nervous at the thought of leaving my dog with someone I didn't know well, but Dana greeted my dog as a member of her own household, took her along on client calls, and kept a really close eye on her. While I was out of town I saw photos and videos online of my dog's progress. It gave me piece of mind. And I was amazed to see the huge progress each day. Dana brought my dog home at the end of the two weeks, and we immediately put the leash in my hand and started working. She has called and emailed, and met me in various outdoor venues as a followup. Dana is very good at following up on phone calls and emails. She is very gentle while correcting my behavior and training skills, and if I want the full explanation on why certain techniques are being used, she is happy to discuss it with me. Another thing is plain to see: Dana loves dogs. She wants the best for my dog. She is dedicated to making sure that I get all the help I need to keep up on my dog's excellent progress for her behavioral issues. I find a lot of inspiration in her frequent posts on her Facebook page, and the articles on her website. She is offering a free seminar in a few weeks, and I can't wait. After the holidays are over, I want to set up a regular schedule of training sessions. Also, I plan on participating in the (free) pack walks she offers her clients. I highly recommend Dana B. The change in my dog is nothing short of amazing, and I am learning to interact with my dog in a way that will give both of us a better life. If your dog has behavioral issues, talk to this woman. She could be your new best friend.

They were very friendly! They have a large selection of dog collars, harnesses, leads and leashes. One of the broadest selections I have ever seen in one place. They had all the cute stuff with beach themes, and other fun printed ribbon. They also had leather and hemp, and I did not notice any chain collars. They had car seats, and life jackets, sweaters and dresses. They carry the durable dog booties as well. I was most excited about their selection of Merrick Products. EVERY time it was that employees didn't know what I was talking about when I went to pickup food they called to tell me was in, and sometimes they couldn't even find it! Two other times when I called for the status to my order I was told they have no record of my order! So whoever I spoke with did not place my order! I discussed this one day at the store with the female owner, who assured me there'd be no troubles going forward. That didn't happen! I blame management and owners bc their employees clearly are not trained properly nor do they have a system in place! When I called to discuss my troubles a gentleman (who I believe may also be the owner) got harsh with me and then hung up!!!! I try to give my business to small, local stores but that was the final straw for me!
