Refused to give me his name, demanded cash to drop my car, and when I asked for some time to find cash, he told me I better "hurry it up." Asked where they are located. He gave me a street name. I said I didn't know where that was and he rudely said "Smyrna, Delaware." Spoke to me like I was stupid. Called their number to speak with the owner, I spoke to dispatch who was very nice at first... and then when I asked for the drivers name, he also refused to give it to me. I asked for his name, he told me. Then I asked if the owners name was Matthew, he said no. It's Luke. Stated I would like to talk with him and asked what their business hours are. The dispatcher then said I could resolve my complaint with him and that I didn't need to contact the owner. I disagreed politely and told Steve I would rather contact the owner at this point. He then went on to say it's by appointment only and I'm not guaranteed to speak with the owner so I could talk to him. I declined. Will be following up for an appointment to speak with Luke. Terrible service.

We called this place for an emergency roadside assistance for a new tire. This place was out in…read morepretty much less than an hour. My driver needed a tired replace on his trailer due to steel puncturing his tire. They were in constant communication with us the entire time. They took less than 15 minutes to change his tire and he was back on the road. It was worth the money for the efficiency to get us back rolling again. I also was told I could get my money back for the pump if I brought it to them. Atleast that is something. This vehicle is a need in our house so I have to spend more money to have it fixed again with a company I know will honor the warranty if it does go out again.
