During the accident, my father almost died because the towing lines from the tow truck ran through his car and stopped about a feet or two from his neck. My father's car was totaled, and he was unable to work for several weeks. I don't know why the towing truck had the tow line stretched across the entire road, but I do know that they took zero accountability for this accident. How good are their towing skills?
