Tried it twice once for lunch. I had a club sandwich It was turkey ham and processed cheese and bacon served deluxe. First of all a club has three pieces of toast. This was on bread and no mayo which I had to ask for. Unimpressed. The second for breakfast I had eggs bacon and a biscuit which was dry and the eggs were very dry and the coffee was bad. Bacon was ok. My husband got the waffle which was limp and not crunchy eggs toast hash browns again not crispy underdone. Waitress acted distracted. I miss east end cafe and will drive the extra distance. It wasn't very full and I can guess many people feel the same way read more

Husband Jim and I had a memorable lunch at Mulligans yesterday. Our server was Josalyn W. who handled my teasing husband with grace and humor. She added some spunk and laughter plus being a great server. Observant to our needs. The menu offers a wide variety at a fair price considering other restaurants in the Village. I had a tasty grouper sandwich which was enough for two (2) meals. Jim tried the Cortez pizza, 10-inch size. Been a long time since he raved about a meal. He ate three (3) slices there, another three (3) at home and the final two (2) in the late evening. The perfect crust, Cajun chicken with lots of cheese plus the fresh tomato slices made his day. Never have had bad service or food. Our always to go place to meet with friends. Thank you. Did not have to cook dinner. read more

Delicious! We went for the catfish night on Friday. The catfish was so fresh. Coleslaw, French fries, and hush puppies also excellent. My son LOVED they key lime pie. Service was awesome. Lisa is great and makes an exceptional margarita. We'll be back! read more

The venue is very small as this is essentially the 19th hole of a golf course. A good variety of food that tastes good. We especially enjoy their pizza. Service is quick and friendly. read more

They had an issue with their electrical, a squirrel apparently thought their electrical box was a good place to "hang out." It wasn't, causing them to close early as all their kitchen appliances were down! We got in just before they realized they were without power in the kitchen. Our order of Ruben and Grouper sandwiches was AWESOME as always! Servers and Service was outstanding in light of what they were coping with in the kitchen! KUDOS to the entire staff! read more

The food is really not what I would call great. The golf course is located in Hot Springs Village so that will tell you the area is a retirement community. My business partner and ordered a burger and a Rueben. The burger was some kind of a patty that resembles we don't know what. My Rueben was the shape of a can of corned beef and had some kind of sauce that resembles a cross between thousand island and French dressing. We had to make a quick stop here for breakfast while running late for an appointment. Candi was so sweet. In spite of being packed she was able to get our food out to us quickly and had us on our way in record time. The view was beautiful and the food was delicious. It's on a golf course. Very casual atmosphere. I had the salmon salad with vinaigrette dressing. The size of salmon was huge. It was seasoned week but a tad over cooked to my liking you cannot beat the price for what you get. This is a retirement community and the service is as such. It is steadily slow but not bad. Mulligan's is inside the Ponce de Leon Golf Course Clubhouse, with windows looking out onto the 18th Hole. It also has an afternoon-shaded Patio adorned with Red Knockout Roses. I ordered a Grouper Sandwich, which came with Potato Salad. The Grouper was a thin cutlet hand-breaded & fried ~ on Toast with Lettuce & Tomato with a side of Tartar Sauce. @ 5pm, Most tables were either occupied or Reserved for Dinner. Mulligans is located at the Ponce de Leon golf course in Hot Springs Village. While it is designed for grabbing food "at the turn" it is also busy for dinners. My guess is it seats 40-60 people and was hopping on a Tuesday evening. Glenn, who seems to run the place, was very friendly and our server, Josalyn, was great even with how busy things were. We were told the pizza was great there, but opted for German Sausage with sauerkraut (maybe the best sandwich I have we eaten) and a chicken salad sandwich. The sausage and sauerkraut were both so flavorful, I ordered two sandwiches - one with coleslaw and on with potato salad which I found to be a little on the sweet side, but very good! My wife enjoyed the chicken salad and potato salad as well. Drinks were very reasonable as were the meals. I'd like to try their pizza next time, but the German sausage sandwich was so enjoyable that may never happen. read more

This is the type of place that if you go in there more than once the staff knows you and treats you like a friend. The have a dedicated following because of the atmosphere and tasty menu. Is it gourmet? No, but what they do they do extremely well. The pizza is great, it is heavy on the cheese but that is what I like. They have salmon salad that looks yummy. Friday night is all you can eat catfish and it was very good. Of course they have a well stocked bar and outdoor seating that you can watch the golfers come into #18. read more
