Rating this company is hard. These are professed Christian folks. The company is run by Chris and Sheree Mull. My story is long as would anyone's story on building a home because it is a process. How easy is the process is a question. I built a home using this company and I like my home very much. They were unwilling to specify the bills that contributed to 75,000$ in overages. That said the bill is paid, I paid it right away when asked. I am having to retain a lawyer to get a return an amount that was over billed to me. Know also, right or wrong all of my lawyers fees are mine. There is no recovering those fees. I asked for the amounts to be explained to me and Chris and Sheree refused to respond to my inquiry leading me to believe that I am correct on the overage but they are unwilling to reimburse me for the invoicing mistake. I made a post on the Facebook page for this company regarding two back doors that are leaking and no response is made on that either. Before I took possession of the home I noticed a leak in one of my beautiful back doors. I asked for it to be fixed as my flooring was already laid even though the home was not finishe. I was told it was fixed and it was not. this cycle happened four other times then I did not notice the leak again until last month. Apparently the rain has to come from the right direction to see the leak and last rain it rained in both my east and west door. Very disappointin. I have sent messages for this to be fixed on a couple of occasions (3) and I have had no response. I am assuming it is because they are mad that I am pursuing the 11,000$ in invoice errors that I am able to find with the limited paperwork I have been given. Being mad at me does not absolve Chris Mull from being responsible to fix leaking doors in a home I commissioned him to build for me. Those things said after I made the Facebook post regarding the leaks on a page proclaiming how beautiful the home was he built for me, the Facebook page was taken down. These things tell me I am not just a horrible person and customer but that I have legitimate problems that Chris Mull Homes will not address. This is my only free way to try to get the problems taken care of. I am definitely not happy about having to pay a lawyer to take care of the invoice and the leaks for me. Litigation definitely makes me feel ill and I am not the person who enjoys a fight.
