I don't live in Louisiana. I called them to place an order for flowers. I wanted the arrangement…read moreto be extremely nice and big and asked what price would get me that with lots of beautiful colorful flowers because the occasion was a super special one. He didn't go over the flowers with me and said spring flowers. I asked several times if this certain amount would be enough or did I need to spend more. I wanted to make sure that roses was in the equation. I was shocked when I received a picture of the arrangement from the recipient. When I called to say I was disappointed the same gentlemen answered the call. He remembered me. He said all the flowers that were chosen were very expensive flowers. I said there are a huge bunch of daisys, those aren't expensive. He said well those are filler flowers. I showed and asked several people and another florist and they said no way that is worth what you paid for it. I told him I was disappointed. His attitude instantly was very abrupt and rude. He was not going to hear of any of that at all. He told me that he would just go over there and pick them up. I said I am not asking that at all. He insisted and said he was not going to listen to me complain about their services and that he was driving over there to pick them up. He was raising his voice at me. I was in a gift store and the surrounding people around me could hear him from my phone and it was not on speaker. He refused to do anything for me, lower the price, bring different flowers, he said all he was going to do was go pick it up. Said something like he would have his flowers back. I asked him to please not do that. I said please have a heart and don't ruin someone's special occasion, and he said he was going to go pick them up because I complained. The people in the store I was at could not believe what they were hearing. This is very disappointing. I then had to call the recipient and tell them that someone was coming to pick up their flowers against my wishes because I had a complaint. I will never do business with them again.

We went to our local florist in the Seattle area to order an arrangement to be sent to a family…read moremember's funeral in Monroe, LA. The cost of the arrangement itself was $125, prior to taxes and fees. I'm sure the florist must not have expected us to ever see the flowers, for what else would explain the fact that our $125 got us a bunch of carnations, baby's breath, and unopened lilies plopped in a vase in the most simple and mundane arrangement possible? I'm TERRIBLE at flower arranging and could have done a better job than this. After we got home, we let our local florist know how bad the arrangement was, and they reached out to Brooks Florist to discuss it. Brooks was completely unsympathetic, even a bit snotty about it, and refused to credit back anything for the less-than-lackluster work on their part. DO NOT TRUST your care and dollars to this florist. Your loved ones (and you) deserve much better.

I'm posting on here because Curry Farms Inc. erased our & their comments from there Facebook…read morepage. We where there yesterday 10/27/18 with our family. We have gone many years. This was the first year to take our new daughter in law and 10 month old grandson. Our 10 month old grandson had potties on himself and had soiled himself and his clothing. It was quite bad. My daughter in law and I found a lady that worked there and asked if they had somewhere we could get him cleaned up. She said no and we could just put him on the ground. The ground was cold & muddy! I told her no,we was not putting the baby on the ground. She said they had nowhere private ( she was walking out of a red brick building on the site)nor did they have a changing table. Mind you this is a pumpkin patch, Christmas tree farm with lots of children's activities. It is a totally child oriented business. My daughter in law posted on their page, kindly mind you, there response was, the awful lady you're referring to is the owner and sorry that our response offended you. I posted back that they are the ones to use the term awful lady, we did not use that or ANY nasty terms. I told them as a public facility they should provide a private changing area/changing table, especially a business that is focused on little ones. I also stated that her response to put the baby on the ground was unacceptable and asked if that's what they would do to their grandchild & I that had expected more compassion to our situation ( which was very visible to see the mess we had the clean)and most especially if she is the owner. I never received a response and this morning the message was erased from their page. I guess as long as they're making money they don't care about anything else and if you do make a comment that they don't like, they just erase it & go on about their money making. I will never support this business, ever again. There are other pumpkin patches and Christmas tree farms in our area.
