I was currently laid off but would be starting a new job. I made them for 5 pm but with the caveat that I would have to see how things go at the new job. Anyhow, I ended up calling and leaving a message on my last two appointments that I would not be able to make them. It was my last two appointment and I wasn't going reschedule or continue with any new appointments going forward. My leg was feeling better and I wasn't getting much out of the appointments as what I was doing at home was more challenging. I felt the 40 dollar copay wasn't worth it especially as I was unemployed. Anyhow, I was charged a 75 dollar no show on my last appointment. The PTs, Alyssa and Dave are great, but the 75 dollar no show after I called to let them know I wouldn't make my 5 pm appointment was pretty awful. It felt like I was being punished for not booking any further appointments.

The place is relatively small and the the docotor was super nice and helpful. She wasn't corny or cheesy like most doctors but was really genuine and helped me on the first day even though it was just an evaluation! Most docs just want your insurance money but she acually seemed to want to help. She did some muscle massages and recommended exercises to help neck movement. Overall this is a great place and super helpful, although they dont take debit cards :/

5-4-3-2-1 Yes, I…read morecount down the time until my next appointment with Dr Steve D'Antonio! I've never had chiropractor work as I've been resisting knowing that it could make you better or much worse. Finally, after hitting the end of my rope, and trying to avoid painful and serious back surgery, I found Dr Steve. Wow!!! He explained how many chiropractors could have made me much worse with more aggressive procedures, and how he would work more conservatively on my body. He looks at the whole person, does a thorough assessment, explains things in depth like, and is more than kind and gentle. I leave feeling much much better. And over time, I'm needing less pain medication, moving better, and able to do more of what I used to do. His office is welcoming, from his "Jens" who greet you with a smile, to his plants that brighten the space. I've not had to wait long, and the appointment doesn't take long to get significant improvement. Do I recommend him? YOU BETCHA! PS one more day until i see him again!
