Trev's Towing went above and beyond!…read more My son called me in the middle of the night after his battery died while he was stopped at Tom Thumb. We tried jumping it ourselves, and even an employee from the store came out to help, but nothing worked. Then Trev showed up like an angel. Not only did he get the car started, but he refused to charge us a dime. Who does that anymore?! In a world where kindness can sometimes feel rare, Trev reminded us that there are still genuinely good people out there. Thank you, Trev! You truly are an angel. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping my son when he needed it most. Your kindness will not be forgotten.

I scheduled with Trev ~2weeks out, they showed up on time and were super careful pulling my car (Not Running) out of the garage...and since it was lowered, Hardy had to use a soft tow strap to make things work. Super impressed with Hardy, very professional and obviously very experienced. I hope I don't have to tow anything any time soon but, if I do, I will definitely be using Trev's company! Great experience all the way around. Thanks guys for getting my car down to Puyallup safely!

I appreciate his business and professionalism and if I come under vehicle emergency again, I'll be calling Everett Towing.

I felt so lucky! Then when I got around Hwy 99 near some Irish bar, my car's tire blew out. My family was already asleep so there was no help coming from that end. I called up Fast Response since it said they were in my vicinity, someone answered the phone within 2 rings. If there were 10 stars, Cameron from Dick's Towing would get every single one…read more My in-laws' hybrid Lexus SUV died in the worst possible place--the second story of the WSDOT Anacortes to Friday Harbor Ferry - and as a hybrid, it required a flatbed that couldn't fit on the second story. The hybrid control system failed completely: doors locked, steering locked, brakes locked, shift locked - complete hybrid system failure. The car was a $50,000 paperweight holding up an entire ferry full of vehicles, including future rides as the ferry was scheduled for another sail after ours. Over 1,000 people were directly affected by this breakdown. AAA wouldn't help. Lexus Roadside Assistance wouldn't help. Four other tow companies said "no." Even the ferry crew had no idea how to handle it. I was calling around, then I got Cameron. Not only did she agree to take the job, she actually coordinated the tow around the ferry schedule (something everyone else refused to even consider). She showed up, sized up the impossible situation, and maneuvered her flatbed onto the boat with mathmatetically precise planning and surgeon-like precision to the very edge of the ferry, over the ocean and slowly but surely, against all odds, got the SUV off the second deck of the ferry and onto her truck. This wasn't just a tow--this was a rescue operation. She solved the problem when literally no one else could. Cameron is sharp, fearless, professional, and just plain good at what she does. If I ever find myself stranded again, I'm not calling AAA, I'm not calling Lexus--I'm calling Cameron at Dick's. If she's anywhere in my vicinity, she's my girl.
