I asked for hot sauce 3 times and he ended up bringing me a non vegan hot sauce that was not vegan. Waiter was always in a hurry and I wouldn't be able to get my requests in. On The plus side they offer a lot of vegan options which I was excited to try. The venue is beautiful. I also ordered the Maracuia drink because some other helper recommended it. It was too sweet for my likeing. The ramen broth lacked flavor. Prices are good. The tofu sliders also lacked flavor. Not sure why they don't advertise vegan options on the Yelp page. I came with a large group who were all staying at the same hotel. I'm not a fan of GDL. Sorry, I'm Mexican and I know I'm not supposed to say that but I just don't love GDL. It's a wanna be CDMX. . I only visited to try the drinks but omg the ambiance is so gorgeous - it feels like your going through ruins and a jungle to find this gorgeous establishment - the drink I had was call maracuia (it was a passion fruit drink with tequila) and it was so so yummy! Loved everything we ordered....food was fresh & delicious. I ordered the salmon sashimi w/spicy ponzu sauce & the potstickers.
