I don't know who this Randy is. But he sounds funny. Great service and got my car in and out of there in no time with a reasonable price.

After a while, his 2004 Ford Ranger with a 143,000 miles began to overheat and eventually stalled. When I called my Roadside Assistance, they needed a destination for the tow. Not being from the area, we had no clue and by pure chance the customer service person selected Bobby's. By the time the truck was dropped off at Bobby's, it was getting dark. Bobby's is a small repair center located in a residential area and his house is next to his shop. Even though he was done for the day and out working on one of his personal hot rod projects, he took the time to figure out what was going on with vehicle. The thermostat housing which is plastic, had begun to melt and the gasket had failed due to the extreme heat. Nothing he could do until the next day when he could get new parts. My son's baseball coach at GVSU had driven down from Allendale to help and took him back to Allendale where he was able to get into his apartment. I drove out the next day from Minnesota and by the time I got there, the repair had been finished. When Bobby started the truck to cool it off with AC before I took off, I told him that the AC hadn't been blowing very cold even before he had left. Without asking, Bobby charged up the AC and didn't even charge me for it. In fact, wouldn't let me pay him for it. BOTTOMLINE is that this guy is the real deal. For my son on his first significant road trip on his own, you couldn't have asked for a better outcome to a bad situation. The repair was half the cost of what it would have been at a franchise dealership. Bobby's shop is a 3 bay 2 lift garage. he's been in business for 11 years after working in franchise shops for 20 years before. PS I've worked in the auto industry for 30 years myself

Hellish experience purchasing from Heavenly Motors. One…read moremight expect that since they also bill themselves as a "repair & tire" service, that the vehicles were gone over and prepped. In fact, she assured me it was. Within the first day of ownership, the problems began. A pandora's box of one repair after another, week after week. My mechanic told me to call her and ask for some financial restitution as he felt some of the problems should have been addressed prior to selling. When I called she was combative, and responding as if reading from a script. Obviously having experience with previous customers who felt betrayed. I was polite but firm, and she cut me off by hanging up on me, so i resorted to texting. Eventually she said she would give me 200 dollars to offset the costs of the multiple repairs i had paid out, of which were over $1000 total. When i told her i would accept it, I never heard from her again. And they purport to be a "Christian" business? Do not be deceived by the heavenly implication, it is the other.

When I got home my wife told me about what they said and I went out to inspect the lug nuts. They had stripped the lock lug nut using an impact on it. You never use a impact on a lock lug nut because that happens. You take it of by hand because the vibration of the impact will mess up the lock lug nut. I went back and told them about the situation and they denied it ever happened and had no idea of the car being there that day. I wasn't upset from the stripped lug nut but the lying and refusal to admit that they did the damage. Never go there. It's a scam shop if that is what they want to call it a shop. I would post a negative star if I could.
