Stop at gas station to check. Get on highway. Vibrating gets worse. Stop 2 more times. Check engine light comes on. Call rental place. He says some vibrating is normal and engine light is due to wrong gas cap being on van. Vibrating continues to get unbearable. In Alabama we put on the spare. The tire on it was ridiculously worn on the inside. Why would you rent out a vehicle this bad? On the way back from Florida, vibrating again getting worse. Had to stop for almost 2 hours to replace the spare. Very aggravating. Very dangerous. No consideration to our anxiety of going through that on vacation. No discount. Nothing! Oh, and the key for the van would only unlock the back door and something wrong with the gas intake. It took 20 minutes each time to fill up. I'll never rent from them again.

I was having noise/grinding in the rear end of my Ford F150. My technician, Kaleb, met me at 800am on the drop off day. He drove the car with me to ensure he heard what I was hearing. After I left, they performed an 80 point inspection. The results of the inspection identified things that were wrong and needed immediate fix. It also identified "should haves" based on mileage and timing. The text allow me to "accept" or "decline" the service. I phoned for clarification on one item and was given a thorough explanation. I authorized them to perform the tasks I needed most. I received a call at 430pm that night indicating my car was done. I will be going back to Solomon's for future car repair needs.

Whatever you do, do not take your vehicle here to be serviced. My vehicle was making a whining…read morenoise. They had my vehicle for about two days. They called me and told me that the power steering pump is bad on the car and mind you I had already replaced that part two other times prior to this within the last six months. It sounded different this time and I had a really hard time believing that's what it was but they were convinced that's what it was so they said they would fix it, charged me 130 some dollars only because it was under warranty still so I could get the part for free where I had already bought it from. Said they flushed the lines for me to make sure all the fluid was out and changed. Told me that I might need my rack and pinion replaced but they weren't sure because you can't tell. I asked him about how much that would cost, he shrugged and said I don't know expensive. Said he would have to make phone calls and everything to figure that out but didn't offer to do it for me. This man looked me directly in my face and told me when he fixed it that took care of your whining problem but I'm not sure if your rack and pinion needs replaced or not you'll have to wait and see. I started my car and it's making the exact same noise in the exact same pitch the exact same way as when I brought it in the first day. They literally fixed nothing charged me money to replace the part that didn't need replaced, robbed me literally. I had my dad called him to talk to them because he knows more about vehicles than I do and he told him that it wasn't making any noise when I left so if it started, it started after I left there. Which is a crock of bullshit. These fucking places get away with legal theft and it's not okay. I am taking it to an actual dealership service center so they can actually tell me what's wrong with it. When it comes back that was never the problem I will be revisiting this situation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO BE SERVICED!
