When we started getting it ready…read morein the spring of 2024, we found water pooling in the stern compartment where both motors are located. Broadway's mechanic came to where the boat was located, evaluated and determined the freeze plugs were blown on BOTH motors, BOTH blocks cracked, as well as other crippling damages. He stateated "That's not good." A marina evaluated and gave a rough estimate of 30k in damages including, but not limited to two new motors needed. Broadway will not stand behind the damage they caused in their faulty winterization process, despite numerous conversations that they would "make this right." Once their insurance determined they won't cover liability, instead laying blame on "receiving bad antifreeze," to which they openly admitted not testing because they lack all resources to provide a proper boat winterization boat service. There is no proof it was the antifreeze. Likely the water was not properly drained during winterization. Now we're out not just a boat, but many planned family boat trips. Instead we are saddled with a MASSIVE restoration project! Avoid this place at all cost unless you want time lost with family and a shop that REFUSES to stand behind their quality of workmanship.

Picked the car up 5-3-24 and it still did not work, so they either purposely gave it back to me still not working or they are too incompetent to check their work. Dropped the car back off on 5-6 and they tell me it is a line going into the compressor that is leaking, another $80 charge. Do some research, the odds of both leaking are extremely unlikely. The line was the issue was to begin with, they just wanted to rip me off or are clueless on what they are doing. Still fighting to get my $875 back. Do yourself a huge favor and STAY AWAY from this place!
