Service call was reasonable and well worth the education on refrigeration that he provided. Highly recommend!

I just moved to the area and needed my riding mower fixed. I took a chance with this place…read more Though there isn't much for conversation with any of the employees or owner, I figured they were just good ole boys. The wait time for the repairs was longer than I'd like, a week out, but I figured they were that busy? I took the mower in for carburetor issues, starting issues, and it always tried to die when I put the blades down. This is where the 5 stars come into play. They could have charged me for parts and repairs I didn't need. They did rebuild the carburetor, which I figured. I figured a new starter and a switch or something. I estimated $400-700 overall. The only problem was the carburetor. The other issues was a cover I didn't put in place correctly and it was shutting off and not starting by design. Instead of just charging me extra for something I didn't need, they were honest and I respect that. Under $200 out the door and if I need more repairs in the future, I don't expect much talk but know they are honest.

Then his truck broke down and was told we would be the first delivery when the truck was fixed. That did not happen. Then we were told they do not deliver in the rain. Then we were told we would have it the next day by noon and that did not happen. Then we were told it would be the next day and that did not happen either. That day turned into Monday. When it was delivered on Monday afternoon they did not even attempt to bring it down to the garage and left it half way up the driveway and then drove off. STAY AWAY from this family owned and operated business. They are rude, uncooperative and lack communication and customer service skills. Again stay away.
