Each time I've gotten on the phone with them to handle things, it's always been pleasant. I won't name drop anyone, but I appreciate being helped in a friendly way when dealing with something that I'm not excited to have to do. When I kept getting notices of proof of insurance being required, I was helped out. I don't have a printer so that I could send these documents but thanks to my agent I could electronically sign, and they sent it directly to Progressive, who kept bugging me for the proof of coverage. So, this is a good start. I hardly ever spoke to my handlers back in NJ, and may not here either, but so far, I'm glad that they're pleasant to deal with.
