I've never been to a new dentist where cleaning was not included (I'll get to that later). I didn't even know that was an option. Why would you go there as a new patient and walk out without a cleaning? But lesson learned. In the future, I will ask if cleaning is included. My appointment is at 9:00 a.m. I arrive at 8:50 a.m., but the office is closed. Right at 9 a.m., two employees arrive, letting 4-5 other patients who are now waiting into the waiting room.
