And they were able to schedule me 2 weeks later. The job took about a week. (The plaster repair requires building up layers and letting them dry at the end of the day). I was told when they bid on the job that I might be able to tell after the job was done where the repair was. But for the most part once I painted I can't really tell. My home was protected with drop cloths each day. It was a very tidy process. In addition to the holes they also cleaned up around outlets and light fixtures. I am so thrilled with the results. I called BRD roofing in a state of semi-panic when we sprung a leak and another roofing company quoted me a devastating amount of money to fix it. Dale called me first thing Monday morning. By mid-morning, Dale arrived at my house. He was warm, kind and approachable. He listened to what I had to say about what we needed and realizing I was on my way to work he did the evaluation and left me a handwritten note with his thoughts on the next steps. He also patched a problem area in an attempt to fix it since he was "already up there" and wanted to do what he could. I was blown away (insert WHOOSH sound) by his attention to customer satisfaction and honesty. I am not yet sure if the patch worked (will find out later today) but any work that I need done to fix the problem long-term will be promptly directed to BRD first. Dale was an absolute rock star and was a treat to meet. While I hope I don't need a new roof, I welcome the opportunity to interact with Dale again.

John and his assistants were very professional, kept the site clean (and our kitchen accessible during the construction) and the final invoice ended up being below the initial bid. They did not prime my house which leads to paint seeping through and chipping out in large portions. They did not paint straight lines around windows/door. They stuck a beer can in a mouse house then painted over it. They missed many areas and tried to collect payment 5 times without finishing to contract standards. They never tested paint on house to see if its lead. It seems like they just slapped paint on to get it done but not correctly. Painter told me I should get new siding after he was 80% done, WOW! I just paid 4500 to get my house painted. They even left in the middle to start another house. WORST feeling ever!!!
