However, there is no paint or kiln cost it's all included with the price of the ceramic so it makes sense that it is on the higher side. But with the cost of paint included we watched the employee ADD WATER into the paint bottles there. Then when I went to use the black paint it was so watery that it bled onto my other designs. I mean it's ceramic paint, not water color. When I told the girl working she said her boss added too much water to the black paint. My mom asked for the name of her boss and the girl said Videria but not sure how to spell it but didn't want to give her name. When I asked what to do about my piece because I had just spent hours working on it to have black paint run on it, she asked what I wanted her to do about it. I mean I feel like if you work at a pottery shop you should know how to wipe off paint or fix something if it gets messed up. My brother was working on a larger piece and on his second coat of paint when she came over and told him less goes farther. And took his paint away to bring him back a little amount. I'm not sure that treating people this way and diluting paints is the best way to run a paint pottery shop. If a boss or owner wants to reach out with their contact info my mom has a photo of the girl. At the end we spent $140 for four small ceramics and had inattentive service, and saw how slimy a business this place really is.

Going into her second year she never hesitates to go despite having to wake up early on a weekend. She is in art and theater where they are always brainstorming ideas for new projects and plays. The staff delves into topics that are relevant to their age group. Last year they tackled the subject of death. It was a sensitive topic but handled with much care and reverence by teachers. They keep parents informed about upcoming themes and events. Students are required to maintain good grades in school and must have good attendance. There is an application process and students are selected in order to attend. Some of their artwork goes on display in the galleries and is also for sale. This is a great way for students to learn about the business side of art. I'm proud to have my kid enrolled here. She has made friends from other parts of town, diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. They are an inclusive institution and make sure everyone feels accepted and welcome. If your child is creative I highly Recommend Say Sí.

If you're not ready to commit to a class or workshop, they also offer flexible studio time with daily, weekly, and monthly options at a very competitive pricing. It's a very welcoming and inclusive environment. I've brought my teenager for both classes and studio time, and I've seen other members bring their kids as well. They're family- and pet-friendly, which makes the space feel even more relaxed and inviting. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, which really enhances the experience. I've taken classes, used open studio time, and even done a full solo Raku firing--all of which have been fantastic. One of my favorite parts is being able to bring my dog along so he can enjoy the day at the studio with me.

He runs the gallery with great skill, bringing in a constant flow of innovative artists. The art in the main gallery here is often the kind of art that wouldn't be appropriate to hang over your fireplace, it's art that makes a statement, and is art for art's sake. Many of the pieces are for sale, some seem to be for display only. There is usually a collection of smaller pieces of art at very reasonable prices, and I'm proud to say that I have a bunch of artistic bumper stickers that I've gotten from Flight! This gallery is the home of the Turn it Off! sticker series. I've always been a huge fan of this gallery's stickers. There's easy parking in Blue Star, and you can chain up your bikes on the patio.

We had a great time and I went away feeling this is one of the few public courses I've played where I had a mid-level country club experience albeit at a public course. Very nice, clean, well maintained facilities. Air conditioned restrooms at the clubhouse, one on each nine and one at the turn (including the well stocked snack bar). Great hill country feeling with beautiful views, very tame deer and fairways lined with some beautiful homes. Fairways had good grass for just coming out of dormancy. The greens were quite large and long. Good quality grass although a little sparse, creating very fast speed and some difficulty in getting the ball to stop on putts and approaches. Experience and local knowledge gained this trip will be a big help for future rounds. Very large driving range with artificial turf and Top Tracer access. Nice practice putting green. Two VERY large longhorn steers in a small corral adorned the first tee/ninth fairway adjacent to the snack bar at the turn. All the staff and marshals were very friendly and helpful. The cart girls had great personalities, were very helpful and made the rounds regularly. Full bar and lots of cold beverages on board. Very fair prices for refreshments. The only thing missing was ball washers but not a huge deal. Good value for money, especially if you sign up for one of their discount programs. I look forward to returning soon!

He knows how to play like I've never seen before. He can be more than a guitar teacher as well, he gave me life advice and would pick me up if I was feeling down a little bit. His teaching style is laid back but makes sure if notices the slightest thing you can improve on, he'll bring it to your attention. I had a unique request to learn a mix of rock and rap style of guitar. He made a specific learning plan for me and it was exactly my taste. He even gave me notes right away to a song that I asked for on the spot. I genuinely highly suggest Art as a teacher, and a mentor in a way. Yall will have fun and learn a lot. Thanks, Art.
