Never had I been in this store and what a delight. Everyone was super helpful and kind. They also give you this handwritten notes and organic treats for your pet. I already thought the girl who was helping me was really kind, but that was the cherry on top. I've never seen a pet store that had that amazing of customer service. Unfortunately they don't have the dry food I use for my cat, but I'll be in there for everything else. Thanks for the hospitality!

Love this place!! I recently adopted a dog from the shelter and wasn't sure what kind of food I should buy...So, the employee who I was talking with offered me samples of 3 different kinds of kibble! A few weeks after, I was curious about adding wet food to my dog's diet of kibble....And AGAIN, the person helping immediately offered me samples of wet food. This was SO helpful for me to figure out what did and didn't work for my dog. On top of that, they're always so welcoming and give my dog treats when we come in. So now, every time we pass by the store, my dog automatically starts to try to walk inside. Haha! This place deserves 6 STARS!! You've got a customer for life.

I cannot say enough good things about Casey and the team at Wonder Puppy. We have been customers…read morefor two years and our puppy has taken every class that they offer. Casey has helped us navigate Annabelle's individual needs, development, and training every step of the way. Both my husband and I come from the veterinary profession but I do not think we could have managed puppyhood and adolescence without Wonder Puppy. Thank you!

We recently welcomed a furry bundle of joy into our home, and have found ourselves overwhelmed by her overly-enthusiastic approach to living life. Our little angel is all teeth and claws, and boundless energy! Wonder Puppy group puppy training classes are amazing. We are halfway through their 9-week course now, and already feel we've received valuable return on investment. Trainers Katie and Matt have shown genuine interest in our puppy's well-being and progress. They have a remarkable ability to connect with both puppies and their owners, anticipating any of the crazy questions we might ask. The classes cover a wide range of essential topics from basic commands like sit, stay, to more advanced topics like loose-leash walking and impulse control. Wonder Puppy ensures a positive experience for everyone who walks through their doors, offering personalized guidance and support. I really had no idea puppy socialization is so important. Wonder Puppy enables a safe and controlled environment where puppies can interact and play with one another. I've already seen the value in these socialization experiences as my puppy is beginning to calm down, and to learn appropriate behaviors... most notably, how much is too much? Seriously, those little teeth and claws are really quite sharp! I appreciate the well-maintained and clean facility at Wonder Puppy. There is ample street parking in the neighborhood, though beware of the homeless camp located on the next block. Use common sense when securing your vehicles, and be sure to keep any valuables out of sight or bring them in the building with you. My husband, my puppy and I have all benefited tremendously from our time at Wonder Puppy. It's been a really positive experience, and I'm hoping the lessons we've learned will serve us for many years to come.

Her primary vet is Dr Hook but due to some urgent issues she has seen a few different vets there, who are all super wonderful and sweet with her. The docs all go above and beyond to call me and make sure I have ample opportunities to discuss her care and answer my questions. They even are responsive via email in a timely manner. yesterday I called at 8 am to see if I could emergently get her in due to her getting sick, and they told me to come on over and drop her off and they squeezed her in for the day while I was at work! Super helpful and kind staff from the front desk staff to the techs and doctors. Ginger was given a poor prognosis with an xray showing a mediastinal tumor yesterday but she's already turning the corner with the steroids. Super thankful for their care!!

One consistent issue has been continuity of care. There are many different staff members, and I rarely see the same technician twice, which makes it harder to build consistency in treatment and communication. I've also felt like some treatment plans have felt trial-and-error, which has added up financially without getting the results I need for my cat and dog. In a recent experience involving my dog's surgery planning, I felt there was a lack of flexibility and communication around logistics and payment timing, which added unnecessary stress to the process. During my most recent visit, I also noticed a strong litter box smell in the facility, which was off-putting. While it's convenient that they offer parking (though it is small and could use maintenance), my overall impression is that the experience has become less consistent over time. Based on my experience, I would recommend comparing options and looking for a clinic that offers more consistent communication, transparency, and continuity of care.

I got a small body pillow and a refillable carrot from The Spoiled Cat, he immediately loved them. Batted the carrot around, chewed and kicked the body pillow. So far, I haven't seen a hole in the toys. Worthy!! You can find them at the Saturday Market. Go early if you want more choices, I got there a little after lunch and their eggs and avocados were gone. Not too many designs left for the body pillows either. There were a couple of wands, carrots, and eggplants. If I recalled correctly, the body pillow was $10 and the carrot was $12. A bit more pricey than some of the corporate cat toys, but hey, support local and these ones last. It's something...

They are all about catnip and stuffing it in different shaped toys that keep your kitty entertained! The Catnip Body pillow, a long narrow tube shape, is their most popular item. The cats hug it, kick it with their back paws, rub all over it and when the catnip knocks them out, they sleep on it! They also have carrot shaped ones, small love triangles and other cat toys. The body pillows come in all patterns so you can pick colors you like or colors that go with your house, which is what I do. I've bought the gray and black leopard print and recently, a really cool geometric print in gray and white. When I walked in the door today with the body pillow, the two cats immediately start sniffing, the scent is that strong and they got so excited. I thought my older cat wouldn't be interested so I only bought one today and that was a bad decision. My two cats who are normally BFFs were literally fighting over the pillow! I'll be going back next week to buy another! If you have a cat or know someone who does, stop by their stand and buy some homemade catnip toys. They are $9 and worth every penny. If you want to see pics of happy cats, check out their Facebook page under The Spoiled Cat.
