TIPS: It was clear to me that she understood women's health and treatment options - was great at open discussion and risk/benefit of HRT for perimenopause. Be an advocate and partner in your health. While self diagnosis via "Dr Google" is not great- legitimate research of peer reviewed articles and studies can help you to understand the questions you might ask.
