Josh arrived promptly and was the nicest most helpful person. My driveway is tricky and icy in places, but he was able to navigate the way and get my car loaded and off to the dealership for service. Unfortunately, someone had dumped a few railroad ties on the road, and I was unable to avoid them. My left front tire was shredded and the rim badly bent, but I was able to get the truck off the side of the road on the shoulder. A minute later, a NM state trooper showed up, got the junk off the road, and came up. He had responded to a report of road debris, but obviously, too late to help me. I called the U-Haul emergency line (excellent job by them as well), and they dispatched Tow Broz. Being in New Mexico, there are long distances to cover, but Dominic Trujillo showed up at the ETA he'd given and went right to work. In less than an hour, he had removed and replaced the damaged tire and rim, and being extra careful, retorqued all the wheels. He clearly knew what he was doing, was professional, courteous, and competent. Put simply, he did an outstanding job, and I give him my unqualified, 5 star recommendation.
