AAA sent B&G out to give my battery a jump. Took 4 1/2 hrs to get to me. Since my battery was not good, agreed to have B&G replace it. Ended up getting charged twice on my card. Tried to call a number of times but calls went to voice mail and the box is always full. AAA was no help. Had to enlist help from credit card company. B&G must have poor bookkeeping not to notice that the card was charged twice on the same day for the same item!!! read more

I had a major blowout and wouldn't you.know it, the dealer didn't put the lug nut cover tool back in the vehicle after servicing the tires. Isaiah was able to remove to the covers with a hook and get me on my way. The wheel was frozen to the hub and there was no way I could have changed it myself. read more

Parked at the Santa Fe Brewing Company for an event and my car sank into a culvert. AAA summoned B & G Towing to dispatch them to our site. We couldn't have been served by a more professional and polite associate named Sean ( Shawn). He apologized for the late arrival on a busy Saturday evening. Within 10 minutes we were on our way. justin cost me $400 because he didn't feel like towing my unusual vehicle. i have aaa and i have an e-350 thor el dorado passenger van. he looked for every excuse not to tow my vehicle. as a result, i had to pay out of pocket. obviously b and g towing has no consequences for their dishonesty. read more

These guys are scum of all scum. AAA dispatched mike who was a good enough dude, he towed my car and crashed it into an awning. Then I had to deal with Miguel who said he'd have it fixed when I met him at a reputable auto shop. I should have contacted my insurance company right here but I didn't and here is where the story goes bad. It turns out the "fix" they did wasn't at the reputable auto shop but rather a DIY job with a junkyard door and a paint job that ruined the finish on my entire exterior with the overspray (not to mention, the terrible orange peel job on the paint.) I complained, they took it to the shadiest shop in all of Santa Fe, it was still garbage so I complained to the shop guys and they said, "we wanted to get the dents out and repaint it but Miguel said no to all that and he just wanted it as cheap as possible" they also showed me that there was epoxy on the door handle because it was broken in the tweaker DIY fix job B&G attempted. I then called my insurance who said, "it sounds like these guys know the playbook because after it goes to a shop, we can't do much as it is considered double dipping. They've probably done this before and know that." My next course of action was unfortunately to seek legal action and after far too long, I was able to get reimbursed the cost for repainting the door and replacing the door handle. Miguel adamantly denied any damage to the door handle (which was less than $100 for a replacement) and only agreed to pay once I submitted photos of my car on the truck that were hi-res enough to show that there was no door handle damage. I took my car to a reputable shop to have these repairs made and the shop just sent me the picture of the door innards which is going to cost extra money to get rid of all the hardened epoxy around the bolt that needs to be removed and hopefully the junkyard door that they used is still adequate. Basically, Miguel is a scam artist and I should have never given him the benefit of the doubt. Last out lost my key while I was over an hour from home and called AAA to find a tow home. It was late, and the request was sent to B&G, who declined the call because it was such a far distance. AAA never informed me it was declined, so after an hour I called B&G and was told what happened. I asked them if they could bring me half of the way home and he said they still couldn't facilitate it. I was freezing, everything aside from my phone was locked in my car, and I was far from home trying to figure out what to do, when B&G called me back and said they would work with me. A driver showed up about 15 minutes later, and I really regret not getting his name because he was reassuring, kind, capable and made me feel so much better. We weren't able to tow the car in the end, but he got it unlocked for me to get my belongings out. They went above and beyond to help me last night when they didn't have to. read more

Had a first time issue with my hybrid last Tuesday. Called AAA they sent B&G and a super fast and efficient worker named Jackson. AAA gps tracking app wasn't working but that did not matter because a very well spoken Jackson called to alert me he was on his way. He was able to get in the gate without issue. My battery was dead and my keyless entry not working. He showed me how to retrieve my real key opening my car immediately. Then charged my battery and told me to drive for a bit to make sure my battery was fully charged up. My car is a Ford C-max. Electric and gas. Worst towing company ever! The tow truck drive didn't secure the car to the tow truck causing the car to roll off the truck and hit another vehicle...the tow truck drive then blamed the customer for what happened. Unbelievable, accidents happen just admit you didn't follow towing protocol. You have to make sure your load is secure. That is the tow truck driver's responsibility period! The owner then had the nerve to throw accusations at the customer when he wasn't even present when the accident happened. The owner also backlashed on the customer Facebook account causing them to be deleted because that's harrasssment. Big thumbs down B & G Towning. All you had to do was be a little understanding and not so quick to point the finger and judge someone. Shame on you! AAA is going to hear about it too. read more

My friend's car wouldn't start after a medical appointment in Santa Fe. After calling several other tow services and not having much response, I used Yelp to find B&G towing. Miguel answered the phone immediately and said he'd be at our location in 15 minutes. When he arrived it was actually more like 10 minutes! He was friendly, efficient and so easy to work with. We will definitely be calling Miguel for all of our road service needs in the future! read more

My windshield was cracked when they were unloading my car. I called Miguel to tell him my windshield was cracked - before I could get all the facts our he said there is no way the windshield could have had road hazard damage since it was protected by the cab of the tow truck. I agreed with him. I went on to tell him that it appeared to be cracked during unloading while I was inside the dealership completing paperwork for the flat tire. I told him I had pictures and so did the Audi Porter (he did not know what a Porter was or does and that I didn't know what I was talking about). When I sent pictures of the car on the truck with no crack and a picture of the crack he then tried to claim he saw something in the picture ... not even close to the actual crack (it was a new windshield - just two weeks old). When I told him there was a picture from the Audi Porter showing the crack he claimed that Audi doesn't do intake pictures. I explained they most certainly do ... and had for years (use an application to avoid just these potential issues)! Before and after pictures - they could take a lesson in this. He then said his men never touch the windshield - even though he wasn't on site. Yet we arrived with no crack and somehow while I was in the dealership completing paperwork and they were unloading the car they managed to crack the windshield. Perhaps one man tossed something over to the other - don't know ... my keys maybe? A tool? Never leave the car without doing your own pictures! He refused to give me his insurers name to file a claim and refused to even refund a towing charge. He said I should just file on my insurance for a windshield that was replaced just two weeks before it was cracked in their care. And file with AAA. I will be telling AAA about this bad service - hope they warn others before dispatching them again. Because my car has to be calibrated after a new windshield is installed it is an all day event to have my windshield replaced. He too hung up on me ... claiming it was a bad connection. Twice even. While the two member two team was very nice - had a guy in training - the quick denial by Miguel without all the facts and belief he knew how Audi worked was just a way to get out of the cost of refund/repair. I get they need to be profitable ... but I offered them to just refund the cost of the trailer tow not the car tow (one tow, AAA paid for the car, I paid for the trailer) since the probability was high they caused the damage . Should have never trusted them with my car. They seem to think $272 trailer tow is worth a tarnished image of poor customer service. read more

I have to admit I'm not familiar with this ship's regular services, but I used them through my AAA membership. Today I locked my keys in my car on the way to a time-sensitive engagement. My unlock request was contracted to B&G, and a representative showed up 20 minutes later. He unlocked me in 5 minutes and had me on my way.
