Unfortunately, someone had dumped a few railroad ties on the road, and I was unable to avoid them. My left front tire was shredded and the rim badly bent, but I was able to get the truck off the side of the road on the shoulder. A minute later, a NM state trooper showed up, got the junk off the road, and came up. He had responded to a report of road debris, but obviously, too late to help me. I called the U-Haul emergency line (excellent job by them as well), and they dispatched Tow Broz. Being in New Mexico, there are long distances to cover, but Dominic Trujillo showed up at the ETA he'd given and went right to work. In less than an hour, he had removed and replaced the damaged tire and rim, and being extra careful, retorqued all the wheels. He clearly knew what he was doing, was professional, courteous, and competent. Put simply, he did an outstanding job, and I give him my unqualified, 5 star recommendation.

I was assured they were very familiar with the 6.0 engines, which was exactly what I needed. These guys even brought their flat bed all the way to Espanola to pick up the vehicle at a very reasonable price as it wasn't in running condition at the time. The truck was done in only 3 days, and that was even with having to get a part shipped in. The overall cost was fair, in fact it was great, and you can tell these guys love their work and have a great deal of interest in these trucks. They honored some of my additional requests as well.
