They have always gone above and beyond to make sure my car was up to high standard with the maintenance when I left. I have seen many of his workers and never had any problems, so I won't let one bad apple spoil the others. I will defiantly keep my business here. There are many repair shops that are rated highly on Yelp. What made me decide to bring my car here…read morefor a repair was their customer service and lifetime warranty (without any of the regular disclosure or exception). While their price is not the cheapest, if you need to pay out of pocket, the workmanship is fabulous. They only use manufacturer suggested parts and fix the car to how it should be orginally. They are responsive, on time with the repair as they don't take in too many works all at the same time. They also take care of customers if customers need to pick up a rental by driving you directly to the car rental place, instead of you waiting for a pick up.

Based on that promise, I proceeded with the service. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was surprised by the unusually low total and asked about the tail light. Only then was I told that the repair hadn't been completed and I would need to come back the following week. I do not have the ability to return due to my travel schedule, which I clearly communicated from the start. The issue is not that the work wasn't done--it's that I was led to believe it would be. Had they been upfront about their capacity, I would have gone elsewhere to avoid being put in this stressful situation right before a long drive. Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and reliability. I would not return based on this experience.

My real experience with One Nation Auto Care…read more I saw their ads on Facebook and Telegram saying they are open seven days a week. I took time out of my day off and came in on Sunday, 04/26/26, right at their opening time. When I arrived, nobody was there. I called, but nobody answered. I didn't want to waste more time, so I looked for another shop that could help me, found one, and left. Later, they started sending me messages saying the mechanic was delayed until 11:30 AM. That means there was about a 1.5-hour gap between their posted opening time and when the mechanic was actually going to arrive. That does not work for me. After that, they offered me a free diagnostic. I replied: "Hi, I'll stop by again next time and update my review after that." Instead, they reported my review, and Yelp removed it. At that time, I didn't have enough time to fully describe my experience. Now I do. Once again: "I'll stop by again next time and update my review after that." This review is based on my real experience. I came during their advertised business hours, nobody was available, nobody answered the phone, and my time was wasted.

After several referrals and a handful of calls, I found One Nation Auto which was significantly more affordable than other shops (roughly $200 less). I'll definitely be back and highly recommend One Nation Auto.
