I own a limousine service in Pennsylvania and there is absolutely no way I would ever think of charging customers that had to wait for 2.5 hours. Then once we got in the shuttle after finally waiting 2.5 hours we are told that our private shuttle has to pick up another passenger at another terminal. When we were dropped off, the driver asked if we wanted to book a ride back to the hotel when we return. We agreed and made a reservation to pick us up at 8:30 AM on 11/9/2025 at our cruise ship terminal (RCC Independence of the Seas). We were told where to go to meet the shuttle, but were not told that we needed to call when we got off the ship. At around 8:25 AM we noticed the shuttle was not there and I called. It went to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I then called and spoke to the original driver and he said to try calling again. By now it was 8:33 AM. A man answered and we asked about our shuttle. He then said that we didn't call before 8:30 AM and therefore the shuttle left. I informed him that the shuttle was never there and he was very argumenative about how the shuttle left the port and that I should have called before 8:30 AM. I was then told I could wait until 10:30 for the next shuttle. I told him to please refund me and I will get a taxi. He then said to call the next day after 12:00 PM and he would handle the refund. Just as I suspected, when I called today (11/10/2025) he said he would not give me a refund because I could have waited until 10:30 AM for the next shuttle. I gave him some choice words and told him that I would dispute through my bank and then hung up. He attempted to call back, but I did not answer. I have since disputed with my bank and expect that my Bank will handle it properly. Overall the person I spoke to was extremely defensive and argumentative from start to finish and would not have a civil conversation with me. This is not what we expected after having a very nice driver on the way to the port. Having seen other reviews, it seems others have had similar experiences. Do not use them!!! I can only assume that the positive reviews that they have are from friends or family to offset the amount of negative experiences. They do not seem organic. Proceed with caution!!!!

I ask if i can smoke my vape in the sprinter the answer is no which was understandable, after that i asked if blue tooth can be hooked up , the driver Ronald couldn't get neither i phone 15 to hook up to the blue tooth out of 6 passengers - now ok scratch that so i asked can we turn on the tv - Tv wasn't working i then told Ronald to talk with his boss and let him know the tv isn't working ( for the future ) OMG Ronald got very sassy with me i felt like my life was in danger he was talking with his hands off the wheel I most definitely had to ask about 3 times can he put his hands back on the wheel if he's looking out for the passengers safety, the way he was carrying on you would think he paid 180.00 for a 45 min drive with no perks from the company such as bluetooth or tv privileges , The way Ronald acted out was so unprofessional I literally had to ask him to stop talking to me ! He had me feeling so uneasy before I boarded my cruise , I travel a lot and always use transportation services even from different countries i have never been treated like this and never not been able to use features that can help make my experience with your company great - this was the response from the owner after i explained to him about the tv and remote and I also let him know that the features was one of the reasons i booked with the company.... There's a remote control you use. This is not an hourly service you are paying for this is a simple port transfer the rate is for a big vehicle bigger than an SUV FyI the uber on the way back for all 6 passengers was 53.00 in a newer Suburban with led lights working features and a driver who made sure his passengers were safe ! I have text messages , videos ,and pics to back up this horrible experience i had with this company ! Good Luck if you book with them !
