They first focused on troubleshooting the phone landline and ports and found various fixes that needed to be made including up on the roof at the entry point of the phone service line. Once all the phones were working, his team proceeded to crawl into spaces in the basement and attic to route wiring throughout the home, which was a difficult and dirty task on a hot day. They successfully installed a router and multiple access points and drops and made adjusts as needed based on signal strength and reliability. The Simply Wired team was professional, responsive, thorough, and clean throughout the entire job.
