The staff at this provider are horrible. The doctors are good but they are limited by the lack luster crew you have to communicate with.

My son has turned 18 and is aging out of the pediatric office. He needs an appointment but they say it's against the law for me to make it for him. I have never heard anything like this before. All other patient establishments I make appointments for my family..... including my husband. I have two other just over 18 children I make appointments for. This is rediculous. Not file information...... just a date and time ..... ugh! read more

Horrible organization, they don't call with results, sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy (if they even send them), they tell you one thing then gaslight you. They blame imaging, the pharmacy and anyone else they can. And they never keep scheduled appointments. read more

My daughter sends them for routine annual care and has also been to the urgent care for unplanned medical needs. They have been great about getting us in and the staff is very nice. Occasionally there is a wait but that can't always be avoided in medical care. The providers are very informative. I am teaching my daughter to advocate for herself and her healthcare so we always have a few extra questions. They are great at explaining and providing answers. We had a very extended office call one year at annual preventative appointment. The doctor was in the room for a very long time and everything was great. My only complaint would be they didn't inform me that extended office call would cost extra. It was worth it and I understand it just would have been nice to know that day versus getting a bill in the mail a few weeks later. read more

Will never take my son anywhere else! They have a new location, a block away from the old one and boy it is NOOIIICE! Love the upgrade. But would have still came here even if all the seating room furniture was from the 90's because these guys are just plain awesome. When you are a new mom they do not mind if you call "too much" or ask weird questions and they are never pushy. The Pediatric Urgent Care is literally the best thing. Open on weekends so you can have a piece of mind. read more

So I've been taking my kids here ever since they were born. I never had a bad experience and I've been to both north and valley locations. None of the doctors pushed vaccines. My kids are now 5 and 6 and I was trying to get them into public school well that requires a vaccine declination form since my kids don't have any vaccines. I called and made an appointment specifying I need an appointment to have the vaccine declination for signed. They assigned a provider (Danica Little, ARNP). The appointment went great. Provider was nice, she saw my kids and read me the vaccine lecture. Until it came time to sign the vaccine declination form. She crossed out the religious sections and stated " I'm not a religious person so I will sign the personal/philosophical portion". Without reading the paper, I signed it as well and I was on my way. Well on my ride home I noticed that MMR vaccine cannot be exempt for "personal/philosophical" reasons. I turn around and go back to the office requesting the provider sign the religious part. She refused. There were multiple staff who tried to get her to sign it but she adamantly refused. After a brief verbal altercation. I said find me a provider who will sign the paper. That is WHY I came here. I reschedule an appointment with a different provider and go home. They call me 15 min before close telling me the SAME provider ended up signing the papers and I can come pick them up. I come back the following week to pick up my papers and again the staff attempts to have me sign the second portion of the religious statement stating I refuse to have any medical treatments done on my kids when the school only requires the first half signed. The staff was on edge, I was on edge. Why are you wasting my time if you're going to make me jump through hoops? They are MY children. Patients have the right to say NO whenever they want. Do not agree to sign declination forms if your staff REFUSES to sign them!!!! I'm an RN too. I know how this medical game works! No means no. I pay YOU for services. Last time I'm stepping foot in your clinic. All I needed was a signature and I would've been on my way! But no, they make the parent look like the bad guy and I'm the one giving THEM a hard time. read more

Frustrated with our experience as a first time patient. Was hopeful for the change as it is for pediatric specific, but not impressed and do not plan to ever take my kids back. They were unorganized and rude. Waste of our time and money. read more

Moving to a new city can cause a lot of stress and anxiety, especially when trying to find new pediatricians for your children. When I was doing my research I came across Bryan Lebo's clinic in Spokane, WA. I gave them a call and was surprised to find out they could get us in pretty quickly for a new patient appointment, which also just so happened to be my sons 3 year well child check-up. Dr. Lebo greeted us with so much enthusiasm and kindness it was surprising to say the least. I wasn't expecting to find a Doctor we liked so quickly! My son was kind of having a hard day and was throwing some small fits in the office but Dr. Lebo was so good at working with him and actually ended up making him smile and laugh. He was very thorough and I truly felt like he was actively listening to everything I had to say about my sons medical history. I truly feel like I have a found another amazing advocate for my sons health and well being. read more

My son has been ill since Sunday. After 3 days of vomiting and 2 of diarrhea, we took him to Mt. Spokane pediatrics after hours. It was about 15 minutes before closing and the doctor seemed eager to leave. They basically took my son's temperature and claimed it was a virus (no fever and no one else in the home caught it, but that's certainly possible). He was given an anti-nausea pill although the doctor seemed reluctant. That was it. We were told to give him fluids and keep an eye on it. That was two days ago and he's still throwing up any solid food and some liquids. My husband called to see if he could be given another pill to help but they refuse to do anything without paying another $150 (after insurance) for a second pointless visit. They don't even offer a cash pay discount (many doctors, including my regular/adult physician, will charge about $50 a visit if you pay upfront/don't use your insurance). Mt Spokane Pediatrics had never even heard of that practice and put my husband on hold for 10 minutes to find out. Very disorganized and unprofessional. Honestly, they seem to care more about getting money and still making it home for dinner than caring for children and earning their pay. Our kids won't be returning, and we'll be taking our son in to a different practice today. read more

It's taken over a year to write this review. I needed time to heal and recover from our experience with this practice. After the birth of our son, we needed to find a doctor, to give us a referral, to preform a routine procedure. We had visited Mt. Spokane pediatrics, a year earlier for sports physicals, and we found the staff friendly enough. We proceeded to make an appointment. The visit did not go well. We respectfully declined a second PKU testing, being that our son had one in the hospital. I could tell Danica the nurse practitioner did not like that. We continued to be respectful and kind, but explained to her that we are comfortable with our formula choice. I kept my mouth shut, because I could tell she wasn't happy, and we just needed a referral. After leaving, about two days later, we received a call from Mt. Spokane. They asked if we would like to use their lactation consultent. We said, "no thank you". I had no desire to see one. I had already seen one in the hospital and was comfortable with pumping and offering formula when needed. Our son had already doubled his weight. I had a bad feeling concerning Danica, the nurse practitioner. Soon, we would all see my gut was right. My kind husband, heard me when I said, something was not right, and went to the office to speak with the Danica. He just wanted to assure her that we are taking good care of our baby and have always been dedicated parents. I would pump for an extended period of time and offer him formula. He left feeling good about the conversation. He was firm in our choices, and she seem to be understanding and receptive. Danica admitted that she jumped the gun, and that she didn't have the right to determine our feeding choices. Sometime later we received another call. The message left was asking us if we'd like to bring our son in to be weighed. Our baby was doing great, he had doubled his weight. Why would they want another weight check. Life was busy. I was back and forth to the doctor for my own health. I wanted to believe all was good, and I thought I had found the answer. I looked on my son appointment sheet, and he was listed as 6 months old. That made so much sense. So, we took the sheet in to show them. The lady we handed it to quickly tossed it in the garbage and gave us another sheet with the correct age. No apology. No nothing. We left and that was the end, we thought. However, at 3 weeks postpartum CPS showed up on our front porch, with a request for a weight check. My husband and I met with the social worker. Thank God we had someone that was willing to sit with us and listen. She agreed that, at best the doctor/nurse practitioner from Mt. Spokane was incompetent or at worst lying. We had all the messages, and paperwork to contradict Danica's report. CPS dropped the case quickly. My husband tried to contact the owner/doctor of Mt. Spokane. We have a friend that knows him and said he was a good guy, and would want to know about what happened to us. It is important to us, that rush judgements be avoided. We would hate for another family to go through something like this. There are enough children that truly need help from CPS in the Spokane area. This was a waste resources. We attempted to contacted the owner/doctor, he ignore our calls and the certified letters we sent. An apology would have been nice, but it never came. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Absolutely love the providers here, but ever since they moved locations the receptionists cannot explain where the new building is. Do not go off of the address on google maps, it will take you to the wrong building. Searched the entire area for 20 minutes while on hold with the clinic, and they canceled my appointment due to being late, even though I was trying to call the clinic for the last 20 minutes trying to find it. Sadly, after both my husband and myself had these experiences with the front desk, we decided to leave. read more

I brought my children there as we were switching all of our care over into this office and the first appointment went okay I didn't feel like dinner time a lot of patience as far conducting a swab on my child and she was kind of reflexing and the lady seem to get frustrated easily but outside of that then she said she was going to go get her a popsicle never return little things to a giant the care the medical portion of it I felt was okay that day well I had my newborn baby with me as well which the doctor looked at because he had an appointment at the following day the next day as I was coming into town I had three kids total with me and took them into the building next to the office to go to the bathroom since we were early well my children they took a little long and by the time I got out I was 13 minutes past my appointment I had reached out to the receptionist we had three or four back and forth phone calls because the first one they told me that I would say minutes late I'd have to reschedule and it's going to be fine I was like well I was outside I was trying to get fit in for that same day so instead I went down to the park well within that same hour even though I have been in communication with the office they sent the sheriff to my house for a well-child checkup and then from there just went downhill read more

North location: Easily scheduled for same week, Receptionist was friendly, loved the nurse; she was very outgoing and inviting. We saw Dr. Mariah and she was friendly and informative. Office seems a little outdated with small waiting area and small patient rooms. My concern would be if we had to wait with sick children in the same waiting room, but luckily we were the only ones in the waiting area this time. read more

This office is super flexible and the providers are awesome. Unfortunately, the staff are obviously overworked and undertrained and it shows when I receive multiple calls from multiple staff who seem confused about why they're calling and when I get different answers to questions about policy depending on who I talk to. Every time I come in staff have left or been let go and there's partially trained new hires who seem flustered. I absolutely love our provider and the staff but it's very disorganized. read more

We are now using the new Valley Clinic and I might love it even more than the Clinic up North. The same clean and friendly atmosphere is present but the hire of Nicola was fabulous. She really made me feel heard about my son's overall health and was proactive in making sure we weren't missing something. We're still able to get in on the same day when my son is sick. I urge anyone who had a poor experience previously to give them another try. Now that they've got enough space and providers (and time under their belt) things seem to run a lot more smoothly. read more

We have been seeing Dr. Jeff for a few months now and have been happy with his kind office staff, great nurses and clean waiting area. Dr. Jeff listens to your concerns and seems to very knowledgeable. He offers advice and helps parents make good health decisions for his kids without being pushy. I would definitely recommend him. read more
