I had flowers sent to myself for my birthday and hike I was away on vacation... a woman still needs her flowers on her birthday! ...Anyway, I called and had them sent to my hotel, the day of. The arrangement was perfectly beautiful and full of color and a variety of roses and other flowers. Now, when I tell you that after a week, they were still fully alive and well; I had to drive back home to LA with them and the majority of the flowers are still looking fresh despite the heat here. Out of all our vendors, they communicated the best, clear and quick responses for designing the flowers, pickup of the bouquet, and delivery of the rest of the pieces. I contacted Mt Shasta Florist about a week ago so that they could deliver a sympathy arrangement to a family member up north. The arrangement was absolutely stunning and my relative really appreciated it! Mt. Shasta Florist took great care to work closely with me and make sure that the arrangement was what I intended to send. They make unique and bespoke arrangements and allowed me to select the particular flowers I had wanted (I'm a plant mom). I was super nervous about making sure the flowers were appropriate for the sorrowful occasion, so they even allowed me to replace fushia gerbera dasies with muted cream roses and mums. The displays couldn't have been better; not only were they completely accommodating with our ideas on color and display, but they also went above and beyond and did better than anything we could have dreamed up. The bouquets, the table centers, and all of the little flowers sprinkled throughout in the entire area only made our happiest day that much better. Very happy with Mt Shasta Florists... I am always leery when it comes to ordering flowers without actually seeing them due to past experiences. Since I live in Southern California, I called Mt Shasta Florist and described what I wanted delivered to my Mom for her birthday. I wanted a full bouquet of huge sunflowers, accompanied with white hydrangea and those squiggly stick thingys. The nice gal I spoke to was honest with me and said she didn't have hydrangeas in white but a soft light green which was just as fine. I also described that I wanted a burlap ribbon on the vase, and she was happy to oblige. I ordered this on a Thursday requesting a delivery for Saturday and they were delivered without incident. I ordered flowers for delivery in McCloud around Thanksgiving. Multiple storms were predicted to drop 10-20 inches of snow in the area. These people are wonderful! Excellent customer service, superior products and great valuel! My mum was in the hospital for surgery, and with a new baby, I had forgotten to arrange for flowers. I looked at the website and got some ideas. When I called 1st thing in the morning, i was put through immediately to the florist. I told her my budget and ideas, and she helped me pick a beautiful orchid. I think she picked the best one she had. She was willing to pit it in a turquoise pot (mum's face color) and added a free dragonfly ornament (without mentioning it to me).
