This year they sent me a gift card for one of the local fancy grocery stores for Christmas along with a holiday card which was an unexpected pleasure. Don't be offended if they don't respond right away to maintenance inquiries that are not of an emergency nature. They will ask for the list of concerns during inspection and do handle the repairs in accordance with the budgets they have to work with. Great company to work with as a renter in my opinion.

I did some research on several diffident places and they were a great value and included all utilities. If I had any issues they where able to fix them. The only down side is when I moved to get closer to the University I rented with PPM and that was a huge mistake. As soon as my lease expires I will go back to Grizzly in a heartbeat. I rented a unit from them for over a year in Missoula and found them responsive, warm, helpful, and attentive. The unit was spotless when I moved in and during my time there, whenever I had issues or questions, they were all over it. Specifically, Dan, who is always there to greet you when you go to the office, went way out of his way to ensure I got amazing service. I love these guys and, while I know that renting is inherently a situation that can have a lot of pitfalls, even under the best of conditions, I think these guys sincerely try to do a great job.

I reached out to Sheila, she got right back to me and scheduled a walk through the next day. The online application process was super easy. She called me the day after that to tell me she had accepted my application and we set up a time to sign the lease. Sheila's office is centrally located in Missoula on Brooks St by Rockin' Rudy's and the lease signing process was a breeze. Any time I interacted with her she was always polite, professional and caring. Any minor maintenance issues were always handled quickly and professionally. Communication was always top notch.
