Michael Hyde and his staff at Keller Williams Western Montana are the best. Michael has sold…read moreproperties for us before - always very quickly and efficiently. In this last case, he sold our house on Christian Drive (Upper Miller Creek) with the speed and ease of a Super Man. We first had a meeting at our house to discuss steps to be taken AND our starting market price. Instead of it being stressful, he made the meeting fun. I knew straight away that we had once again picked a winner for running this project. His team then set out to do top-notch drone photos and videos, plus a ton of pictures and videos inside the house. He then proceeded with a complete write-up and asked us to review it for accuracy. After we both tweaked it a little, and my wife and I approved it, our house was then put on the market. It looked good! At lightning speed, the house sold in about 23 days. Full price, cash offer! Our house had been presented so well, and so professionally. Throughout this whole process, Michael and his team kept us informed every step of the way. We were never kept in the dark, wondering what was going to happen next. Every time I had a dumb question or two (emails), he or a member of his staff answered them within minutes. Worth noting is the fact Michael has a wonderful sense of humor. We spent just as much time laughing and jabbing at each other, as we did doing business. Michael is a family man who also loves his profession. He took all the stress out of our trying to sell a house on a timely basis, so we could pack up and move some 2,500 miles to Florida on schedule. He truly made the whole experience a lot of fun for both me and my wife. No stress, quick results - standard procedure for him and his team. Like I said, Michael Hyde of KW is the BEST. I would never consider using any another realtor for selling any of our properties. Marshall Cromwell - Missoula Montana

Rob was super responsive as soon as I reached out and jumped on the phone right away to explain his process and how it works. He patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable from the get go. I was given a thorough analysis of exactly how much my refinancing would cost, how much I would save, and did not feel pressured at all to move forward after I asked for time to review with my current lender. I ended up going with Fairway because they got me a great rate AND helped me offset my costs. The Fairway team was patient with me in answering all my questions (sometimes multiple times) along the way. There were a few times where I had to follow up to ask where we were in the process but this is normal. I always got a timely response and thorough update. I can't speak enough to how important it is to have a lender you can trust, especially as a new homeowner. You're in good hands with Rob.

At one point they blamed me for "rushing" to try and keep costs down. I was initially quoted $309 for the deposit and then it went up to $390. They blamed it on the one persons dyslexia. Very poor communication and no idea what I ended up paying $890 for. No itemized invoice. They then told me of how much it cost to have PayPal and insurance everything any company has to pay but he wants to make his customers responsible for running his business in my humble opinion. Their website is pretty and sounds very professional but it's further from the truth. Keep looking. this place is a crap shoot.
