They were all nice to work with. My apartment was well maintained and I enjoyed living there. Issue free for over a year.

Nice people, very helpful and easy to work with. Moving out of current house soon, and hope to stick with them for future rentals!

With that you get an underground parking space and storage unit as well as monthly get together a for residents. But if you are not on the fourth floor you will hear your neighbors walking around above you, people seem to be very inconsiderate of their neighbors below. Also if you have a unit near the elevator you will here lots of halfway noise(peoples dogs barking and people talking and congregating near elevator in front of your door.) Just some things to consider before moving into these "luxury" apartments. They also rent out the lobby, chefs kitchen, conference room and the courtyard(which all the inside apartments are facing.) Sometimes the events are quite loud, music and 30+ people outside, don't plan on staying in for some Netflix or reading.

Nice to be with people from age one to nineties and definitely not an old person home. Had a combined 90th. birthday with a 65th. wedding anniversary here with 25 people in attendance. The staff was so helpful and we were allowed to use the chef kitchen and dining area as well as the patio. Could not have found a better place to celebrate than here. Our family members were also pleased for us to have found such a nice place to live. It has been fun to have activities going on in the dining area as well as out in the patio by others also. We have never been bothered by music, etc. by these activities and it is especially good to be able to be involved in normal living and not in an "over 55" community. Ron and NaLechelt

After my eviction -- which I acknowledge -- I was shocked to be charged for what appeared to be general maintenance or upgrades to the apartment. I shared my experience in a review, and Montana Crestview sent me a cease and desist letter threatening legal action unless I took it down. In my opinion, this was an attempt to silence criticism. I believe potential tenants should be aware of how Montana Crestview handles both tenant relations and public feedback. This is my opinion of my experience with Montana Crestview and I stand by it.

I lived at Crestview for about 4 years. Everything was exceptional except for the "hands off"…read moremanaging team. Don't waste your time with a phone call. There is no way to contact a manager or employee in any urgent matter. This created a lot of issues during the move out process. Throughout my entire move out process, I had to continuously ask via email what documents were required to sign. Every week there was a new document in the portal that I somehow "missed". At one point, my roommate was told that I was missing more paperwork. Crestview had no clue what I was talking about until I emailed them a screenshot of what my roommate was told. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE. Two days before the lease expired, I asked Crestview if there was anything else I needed to sign. They told me no and that they would let me know if anything came up. Great! Until the next day. I received a random text saying that unless MORE paperwork was signed within 3 hours, I would be automatically enrolled into another year lease. I was frantic at my job trying to sort through exactly what needed to be done. This also put stress on my co-signer, who was also receiving texts and emails regarding missing signatures. Every time the portal app refreshed, a new document would appear. This entire process was extremely misleading, frustrating, and difficult. I wanted to write a good review for Crestview, I did enjoy my time living there. The maintenance team is fantastic, the landscapers do a stunning job, and I love seeing neighbors dogs and cats. However, the managing team absolutely ruined it. They never apologized for the inconveniences and confusion. Every email was rude and inconsiderate. Notice all the lovely 5 star reviews? Yeah, I don't need your money. Good luck everyone!

Also since I've been in…read moreMissoula for a couple years, I have seen the kind of "traffic" going in and out of the building. I would like to say that I DO NOT LIVE in the building AT THE MOMENT, but I am super interested. My first impression upon entering the hall way of the 3rd floor, I expected to see a nasty dirt hole of a place with cracked out drunk people all over. To my pleasant surprise, IT BLEW ME AWAY! I thought I was walking into a hotel. The only thing that topped that shock, was the 1 bedrooms that had been revamped. One of the best looking places I have found in the last year here in Missoula (that would work with less than fortunate people, such as myself, and be affordable) All utilities except electric are payed for and the Property Manager ACTUALLY took his time to address the pros and cons of EACH room we visited. Best Property Manager I have yet to meet, simply because HE TOOK THE DAMN TIME! Pointed out the bad history and how they have changed, using higher end security procedures to screen out unwanted guests. How access can only be gotten through a person in the building plus security cams. Although no window mounted air conditioning is allowed you can use a floor mounted AC. Also he warned us about the noise because of the bars very near by. On the other hand all new appliances and nice marble "looking" counter and sink tops. I am really looking forward to moving into one of their more spacious one bedrooms on the second floor. Considering my medical history has made it difficult for me to get housing (at any place that's not one I would have to be embarrassed about inviting company over). This is WAY NICE and CLEAN compared to what I could have hoped for. Especially for a person in my situation. I give it a 4 and not a 5 star mostly because: 1. I don't live there yet. 2. If someone had said " The Avengers" movie was the BEST MOVIE EVER!! Even I would be skeptical. 3. Don't be deterred by these VERY OLD posts, go and have a look for yourself. I'm sure we have all seen way worse. Also on a quick note, and I can't stress this enough: I HAVE HAD NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PROPERTY MANAGER. NOR HAVE I EVER ACTUALLY SEEN THE INSIDE OF THE PALACE UNTIL TODAY. I'm writing this only a few hours after my first ever showing of the building. I'M ALSO NOT ON THE STAFF OR PAID TO PROMOTE THIS PLACE. I'm just 24 year old male who is FREAKIN EXCITED to hopefully get into these places. So if your look at filling out an application for the housing authority here in Missoula CHECK if they have openings. Since I'm me I always suggest, don't only go off of reviews go in and take a look you might like it just as much as I did. I only regret not taking my camera so I could post pictures of the room I'm looking at.

I paid my rent like a normal working person who made barely over the requirement to live in the Palace Apts. However, it's not exactly cheap rent at $400 per month for a studio apartment. There are many places which are better taken care of than the Palace apts, albeit not in the heart of downtown. In addition to the monthly rent you must also pay a deposit, screening fee and a pet deposit if you have one. The quality of the housing certainly doesn't equal the value of the rent, even if you are like most Montanans and have a hard time affording even the basic necessities. Pah! ------------------------------------------------- I only came in here once - when I was on a ride along with the cops. Ish. Seriously, I don't know why you would want to live here. The hallways smell like urine and I don't believe that all the rooms have their own bathrooms or kitchens. When I came in, we had to pick up a drunk that was sleeping in the hallway. Lovely.
