Also if you have a unit near the elevator you will here lots of halfway noise(peoples dogs barking and people talking and congregating near elevator in front of your door.) Just some things to consider before moving into these "luxury" apartments. They also rent out the lobby, chefs kitchen, conference room and the courtyard(which all the inside apartments are facing.) Sometimes the events are quite loud, music and 30+ people outside, don't plan on staying in for some Netflix or reading.

They also have well priced rentals that made it easy for us when we rented from there. Now, I did wish they had more rental options availability but that comes with time. Other than that, get connected with T & T Rentals first prior any others. The office is your old fashion face to face greeting that doesn't make you feel less but really good because no one is hiding behind the front office.

After my eviction -- which I acknowledge -- I was shocked to be charged for what appeared to be general maintenance or upgrades to the apartment. I shared my experience in a review, and Montana Crestview sent me a cease and desist letter threatening legal action unless I took it down. In my opinion, this was an attempt to silence criticism. I believe potential tenants should be aware of how Montana Crestview handles both tenant relations and public feedback. This is my opinion of my experience with Montana Crestview and I stand by it.

Watch out for pool Karens…read more Got our pool card taken away for our four sons just having fun and unwinding like teenagers do. All I saw them do was race, have chicken fights, and push each other into the pool. There were other people in the pool too, a mom and her toddler, a younger couple, and a couple about mid 30s. My boys never went into the area of these people nor did they do anything to get in their way or cause discontent. This goes without saying that there a no rules stating that you're not allowed to be noisy, use profane language or have fun. I'll admit the only thing I was unsure of was that I never knew that you couldn't have beer by the pool. My wife didn't know either. Even then it's not like both of is were heavily intoxicated acting like -------s. We were just having fun with our sons that we hardly get to spend time with. So as we're packing up to leave, some lady points out our bucket cooler and yells "you're not allowed to have alcohol" that's fine but why not introduce yourself? After that she yelled at my wife to give her our pool card. That's when my wife yelled back at her saying she wasn't going to give her anything. So as this was going on I did notice a sign stating the pool rules. One said no drinks or food. In order for this lady to come cause a scene, she walked by someone else's Stanley cup with who knows what was in it. That person could've had whiskey but the lady's main goal was to act hard with us instead. Totally unprofessional and also dishonest. They messaged my wife stating that people were complaining about noise and alcohol use. Totally lied. They used one of the 30 cameras in the pool area to spot us, then decided to come down and act like a jackass. We asked the other tenants that were down there if we were being annoying or out of line because I wanted to apologize. They said that they didn't care, that they thought most of the boys shenanigans were funny and that the manager was way out of line. So on top of everything else they're liars and cowards.

He even called me after my first week living there to make sure we were doing ok. First time any rental company has called to check in after move in, normally once you give them money they don't want to see or hear from you again until rent time. so far people here super friendly, lots of pupper's for my little doggie to play with. If you are looking for a place to live this is the one super close to everything you will need stores, movies, groceries, you name it. I went in this expecting the worse and really I got the best.

I paid my rent like a normal working person who made barely over the requirement to live in the Palace Apts. However, it's not exactly cheap rent at $400 per month for a studio apartment. There are many places which are better taken care of than the Palace apts, albeit not in the heart of downtown. In addition to the monthly rent you must also pay a deposit, screening fee and a pet deposit if you have one. The quality of the housing certainly doesn't equal the value of the rent, even if you are like most Montanans and have a hard time affording even the basic necessities. Pah! ------------------------------------------------- I only came in here once - when I was on a ride along with the cops. Ish. Seriously, I don't know why you would want to live here. The hallways smell like urine and I don't believe that all the rooms have their own bathrooms or kitchens. When I came in, we had to pick up a drunk that was sleeping in the hallway. Lovely.
