His manager sat in her office while he waited for an approval as he went on to help another member. This delay caused my wire to be completed ONE MINUTE after the cut off and delaying it an entire day on my end. When I asked to speak to the manager she failed to accept responsibility and could care less how her and her members actions affected me. There is a reason why they have the current rating, it's because their leader is a failure herself. She needs to be trained so she can therefore train her staff.
