I am 1000% happy with the service we received having our trust done. Wendy was thorough and explained everything in detail to is. We own property, two businesses and have multiple children. She covered all the bases and gave us all the help we asked for and beyond. The cost was not expensive at all. It beat paying an attorney to do this for us at an outrageous price. We are so pleased we are sharing their information with family and friends. Its nice feeling secure that what we have worked so hard for and our decisions are made to take that pressure off our children after we pass. Thank you Mt. Diablo Trust. I will sleep better at night now. Nice office, staff and great location too. P.s. everything in a binder nicely organized topped off the service. Five stars for sure. read more

We just completed our Living Trust with Jacquie Jolly. She is incredibly knowledgeable and made it easy, even though we live out of town. She came recommended to us and you can tell she knows her way around all the ins-and-outs of a will, which we needed. read more

Diane Horton prepared our living trust and we are so pleased. She is accessible, professional, detailed and easy to get along with. She has been doing these a long time and knows her stuff. The best part is, we shopped around and her prices are well below the average cost of getting a living trust prepared. We highly recommend. read more

Mt Diablo Trust - Call to make sure these prices are up to date, but we got a deal! - Legal Services Near Me - Roseville, California

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My mother in law used them to save some money and create a Living Trust. She recently passed and we are being told the Living Trust was done incorrectly and her home was deeded into the Living Trust with the wrong assessor's parcel number. It has been a nightmare to undo what this company did and filed with the County. Plus has cost of thousands of dollars so far. They state they are not a law firm or lawyers BUT they were paid to help with legal documents and did not get that right and do not stand behind their work when they screw up. read more

I needed a will/trust set up within a few weeks of taking a trip overseas and Mt. Diablo Trust made it so easy for me. Not only are they knowledgeable in this area but they even dealt with obtaining my current deeds on properties and were available to speak to me, even after hours, answering all my questions/concerns. I don't live in the area the company is located in and when it came time to go over all the paperwork Jacqueline even drove to my business and made all the changes right there. I would have set up a trust years earlier if I had known this company existed. This was a stress free experience and to know that my children will be taken care of if anything should ever happen to me is such a relief. The icing on the cake was that it was very affordable for me. I highly recommend Mt. Diablo Trust! read more

You must meet this lady at some point in your life... (and sooner rather than later!) Diane Horton, with Mt. Diablo Trust, will make one of the hardest parts of life - DEATH- much easier to cope with. Nobody likes to talk about death therefore not many people plan for it. Some folks are conscientious and obtain a will believing their assets will be protected upon passing, yet, this rarely occurs as probate is usually involved when a will is written. Had those folks met Diane and obtained a TRUST rather than a Will, they would have avoided the stress, time, and resources that probate demands. The small price you pay for a Living Trust will save you, or your beneficiaries, thousands of dollars. When you add her extremely efficient and compassionate service, you will be glad to have had Mt Diablo Trust expedite the strain the legalities of death can bring to your surviving loved ones. Protect your assets with Mt Diablo Trust- so that the government doesn't get more of what you have worked so hard to acquire!!! Price and service will be unbeatable in Northern CA. read more

We used Mt. Diablo Trust to establish a marital life estate trust and a gun trust. Jackie was very knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of our questions and even took care of obtaining a current deed on our property. Mt. Diablo's fee structure is very reasonable. We reviewed several law firms but did not see the benefit of paying inflated prices for the same documentation available through Mt. Diablo. We have recommended Mt. Diablo Trust to several of our friends and will continue to do so. Thank you Jackie. read more

Diane Horton is the best. Her package includes everything for one VERY affordable price, probably a third or half what some lawyers get pricing things piecemeal. She is efficient and quick and delivers a wonderful binder with everything indexed. She notarizes it and explains everything, and gives you everything you need. Professional and personable, I can't say enough good things about her. read more

When we were looking to prepare a living trust, friends recommended Diane Horton. My husband was a bit overwhelmed about all the "legal" stuff when he and I began talking about a Trust; but once the living trust was complete, he was very grateful for Diane as she managed to make it all so easily understandable. Diane was professional, very knowledgeable and is very flexible in scheduling appointments to fit our schedule. The cost of the Revocable Living Trust far less than what we anticipated. We highly recommend Diane. read more

Diane was fantastic to work with. I was referred by my loan officer at my credit union and I was so happy they did. She took the time to listen carefully, answer all my questions and she was so much more reasonable in price than the previous trust attorney I spoke with. I have ALL my info needed and set - with complete peace it is all in order. I highly recommend her! read more
