Very quiet and serene. Our standard king ended up getting upgraded to a room with a fireplace, which was lovely. You are provided with one fire starter for every night of your stay so you can very easily light a fire. Our room overlooked the pool area, which is so dense with trees that it doesn't feel like you're looking into other people's windows. It felt very private and cozy. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature and we had them all to ourselves in the evening! The listing for the room did indicate that the bed was memory foam, and it definitely was not, so that was a bit of a bummer. The water pressure was so intense in the shower that it was honestly a bit painful to stand right beneath the water. Otherwise, the rooms are cozy and spacious, the price didn't break the bank, and the staff is lovely. We look forward to our next stay!

It was actually pretty warm during our stay and the forced-air cooling unit worked fairly well to keep the condo cool. There were no wine glasses, which I found a little strange, but only a minor complaint. There is a fairly large heated pool and a very nice hot tub and sauna near the office and the gift shop, which had some very nice stuff in it. The bed was comfortable and when we had an issue, the maintenance guy came out fairly quickly to fix it. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I booked online on their site and never talked to a soul until I checked in. It looks like they used to be a Best Western. We only stayed one night, but we had a great stay. The grounds are huge and beautiful. Very well kept. The room was huge and included the standard things like a fridge and microwave and extra sink. The AC worked fantastic! I slept very well in the nice firm bed. The restaurant I did not love, but I'll leave that on their seperate webpage. It is not a cheap resort, but I paid what I knew I was going to pay when I made the reservation.

These people are incredibly disorganized, telling one what they think you would like to hear but…read morenot delivering. Guests are subject to promises and then no resolution when things are not as stated or if there is a problem. They tell the owners the charges are one amount and then heap on additional charges that they did not reveal at the outset. Since they take such terrible care of guests, it reflects badly on the property owners. Calling the office to try to get things straightened is a useless waste of time as the office staff is dysfunctional. Whether you are a guest or an owner, All Seasons Vacation Rentals at Mt. Hood is a really bad company to do business with.
