I would give them zero stars, if that were an option…read more Less than a year ago, I had them come out to my home and after an inspection, they convinced me to buy a whole new air conditioning unit, costing several thousand dollars, which of course they sold me. Since then their unit has broken twice, leaving me in the heat with an excessive electric bill. Their staff showed up at my house without part to fix their previous bad workmanship, meaning I have to miss even more work to let them in to try to fix their previous mistakes. They are not just incompetent, they are rude as well. The only reason I even still deal with them is due to their warranty. Between needless days missed at the office, wasted electricity costs, and discomfort, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Ever. If you are in need of the services they provide, do yourself and your wallet a real favor, and hire real professionals who work and act like professionals.
