Great service, and great work. Overall, from the experience with the workers to the quality of the job it was all top notch.

In 2018 I had 3 contractors give me quotes to "repair" the tile that Greentree installed, each of…read morethem them telling me that it needs to be completely redone, it can't be "fixed". I have given Barry Feldt every opportunity to make this right. He has not kept his word on anything that he said he would do to correct this. In 2/18, nearly a year after the floor was installed, he was going to send workers out to fix it. I told him not to bother unless he was going to tear it all out and start over, at no cost to me. Heard nothing back. I filed a small claims suit 10/18. When the court went to serve him, the address was not valid. The address on their website is only a mailbox service on Westheimer, not an office. Had a conversation with Mr. Feldt in January of this year. He agreed to refund my money AND fix the floor. The next day he told me he did not agree to that because he couldn't afford to give me a refund and pay his workers. He would refund my money since I had already had it fixed. Not what I told him at all. Then in March of this year he agreed to pay me $7K, and I would sign a release so he would no longer be held responsible for the flooring. That has not happened so I'm pursuing further legal action at my own expense. Don't trust this company with ANYTHING!!!!

WARNING TO HOMEOWNERS - After my experience with US Foundation Repair and its owner, Bill, I am…read morepreparing legal action. I trusted US Foundation Repair because Bill claims he has "owned the company since 1989." With more than 35 years in business, you would expect professionalism, honesty, and a basic understanding of the Texas Residential Construction Liability Act (RCLA). Shockingly, Bill demonstrates zero knowledge of RCLA requirements and consistently operates in a way that violates them. My home experienced major issues after their work, including cracks reopening and structural movement returning. When I contacted Bill under the so-called "lifetime warranty," he became dismissive, argumentative, and tried to blame soil, weather, and everything except his own workmanship. This same pattern is documented by multiple other reviewers--US Foundation Repair does the job, gets paid, and then refuses responsibility when the foundation fails again. Despite owning the company since 1989, Bill still doesn't understand that under Texas RCLA he is required to: * Respond professionally and in writing * Provide a proper inspection and repair plan * Avoid any form of intimidation or pressure * Honor warranties None of these were followed. Not even close. On top of that, his aggressive behavior and insistence on being present inside my home when licensed engineers or contractors arrive made my entire family uncomfortable. No reputable or compliant contractor behaves like this. After reviewing state records, speaking with licensed engineers, gathering photo evidence, and reading the long list of similar complaints from other homeowners, it's clear this is not a one-time incident. This is a long-term pattern of negligence, dishonored warranties, and possibly fraudulent practices. I am currently assembling all evidence--including photos, videos, engineering reports, and communication logs--and I am prepared to move forward legally under RCLA and any other applicable statutes. If you value your home, your money, and your peace of mind, avoid US Foundation Repair at all costs.

I Contracted with US Foundation in early 2013, they came and did piers under the foundation,…read morejacking up the foundation to level it and close cracks in the brick facia and beside some windows, lightly filled the mortar where the cracks were seen, back filled the holes under the foundation moderately, took away most of the surplus dirt.. Paid in Cash and they were on their way and I was satisfied with the job at that point. Recently, late 2015 those cracks reopened to about the degree they were before the foundation was leveled. Two messages to the owner finally resulted in contact and an appointment about a week or so later to come check the work.. The work was rechecked by the owner and said to be ''Close Enough'' and the water in the soil was responsible for the movement and would not warrant any adjustments to any of the work done even though the cracks that initially had me request a foundation check and estimate for repairs are as they were at that time so I will say that a warranty is not honored by this company as I have noticed in at least one or two other reviews, starting to look like a pattern. I have photos of before and now as well as the job taking place, where each pier was placed and a packet ready for small claims court being assembled. Those photos are available free to anyone with an interest in US Foundation as a potential new customer.. Update 10/05/2016.. I no longer see US Foundation on the Houston BBB website though the BBB symbol is still used on his advertisements. All areas jacked up by US Foundation show inside wall problems in the sheet rock as well, ripples in the floating tape at seams. A total waste of money with this company I only chose because it appeared to be a USA patriotic outfit that I believed would do a good job and not the cheapest estimate either at that time. Steer clear of this outfit, it is very likely they damaged my under the foundation plumbing as well..
