Employing this company turned out to be an absolute nightmare and I now have to pay extra to reverse the damage that was caused to my property. Aaron Amador is highly inexperienced and unprofessional and it may be due to his age (24). He also agreed to perform work outside of his scope and ended up damaging the irrigation/sprinkler system and the cable/utility line which caused me to miss a day of work. During the project, it also got to the point where his own employee told me that he was "lying" when he constantly refused to level the paver pads so that I could reach out to an experienced irrigation company to install drains. He made up so many excuses and wasted so much time whereas if he would've just listened to our concerns in the first place, the job wouldn't have turned out as horrible as it did. He's very dishonest about the cost of materials and lacks transparency. We ran into a huge issue midway where the HOA ended up causing the scope of the project to be changed as they didn't allow rocks for ground-cover. He told me what the costs would be to accommodate this change and he was paid in full prior to the job being completed. That's where I went wrong with trusting him in the first place. A huge lesson learned. He tried to absolve himself of the damage he caused to the sprinklers saying that it was included in his "Exclusions" section of the contract (which by the way was not clear at all and had so much room for ambiguity and misinterpretation). He agreed to move the sprinklers yet says he's not responsible for any of the damage caused while doing so. On top of that, he later admits that he's not experienced nor has that skillset and yet, he proceeded with including it in the scope of work anyway. We got into a serious back and forth to where he finally accepted responsibility to pay for the damage he caused to the sprinkler system and then he ghosted me. He's very deceptive and is a fraud. He will leave your property in a worse off condition than where it originally was. BUYER BEWARE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Having our house foundation repair is a big investment after doing some research online on the…read moreprocess and costs. We got 3 estimates in that each of the three companies sent their staff to the house in reviewing and preparing data for estimates. The estimates from the 3 companies came back with wide range of recommendations and costs. Tony from Star Techn came to do the estimate. He was very professional and informative and answered all of my questions. We picked Star Techn. Foundation Repair because of their estimate and recommendation made sense and not upselling with so many different options which added more costs. Flor was great in her responsive and constant communications with me from the beginning and throughout the project. Flor and Henry were able to work with my schedule to start the project. In addition to keeping the work around the house free of trash and organized, the crew really worked hard and well together in getting the project done in such short amount of time which exceeded my expectations. We have 2 large oak trees close to the front of the house. During the digging of the holes , the crew cut lots of the roots with some as large as one foot in diameter. Apparently, these tree roots have been moving towards the house causing the elevation and foundation issues at the front part of house. Because of discovering this issue, Flora informed me and recommended the metal tree root barrier service that they can do. After reviewing the process and considering protecting the investment of the house foundation from further future damage, we proceeded with the metal root barrier service. Glad we did this since we discovered more large roots encroaching the house that the crew had to cut off. Star Techn Foundation Repair ensured that our door locks and sprinkler system worked after leveling and the completion. We are very happy and satisfied with Star Techn Foundation.

We first reached out to Star Techn to help us with the inspection of the home we planned to purchase. The inspection report noted some leveling issues with the house so it was clear work needed to be done. Star T immediately responded and provided us an initial estimate. This proved to be critical in helping us negotiate during the option period. Then when it came time to begin the work they stayed in contact with us the entire time. From start to finish, the team was incredible. They kept us in the loop the entire time during the project and were candid when they spotted issues or uncovered things that needed to be fixed (like plumbing). The biggest thing for us during this project is that we truly felt like we were receiving an honest assessment and fair value for the work being performed. On day one I never imagined how much digging would be taking place around the foundation but I have to say the quality of the work and the way everything was restored to normal in the yard after everything was completed was extraordinary. I have to admit that the perimeter around the house looked even better than before they started work. In other words, this company ensured things looked the exact same way or better than before they started construction. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. He then followed through with his threat, leaving my foundation completely exposed and dug up. Extremely unprofessional, aggressive, and untrustworthy.
