If I could give zero stars, I would. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this contractor/company at all costs or you will seriously regret it. Employing this company turned out to be an absolute nightmare and I now have to pay extra to reverse the damage that was caused to my property. Aaron Amador is highly inexperienced and unprofessional and it may be due to his age (24). He also agreed to perform work outside of his scope and ended up damaging the irrigation/sprinkler system and the cable/utility line which caused me to miss a day of work. During the project, it also got to the point where his own employee told me that he was "lying" when he constantly refused to level the paver pads so that I could reach out to an experienced irrigation company to install drains. He made up so many excuses and wasted so much time whereas if he would've just listened to our concerns in the first place, the job wouldn't have turned out as horrible as it did. He's very dishonest about the cost of materials and lacks transparency. We ran into a huge issue midway where the HOA ended up causing the scope of the project to be changed as they didn't allow rocks for ground-cover. He told me what the costs would be to accommodate this change and he was paid in full prior to the job being completed. That's where I went wrong with trusting him in the first place. A huge lesson learned. He tried to absolve himself of the damage he caused to the sprinklers saying that it was included in his "Exclusions" section of the contract (which by the way was not clear at all and had so much room for ambiguity and misinterpretation). He agreed to move the sprinklers yet says he's not responsible for any of the damage caused while doing so. On top of that, he later admits that he's not experienced nor has that skillset and yet, he proceeded with including it in the scope of work anyway. We got into a serious back and forth to where he finally accepted responsibility to pay for the damage he caused to the sprinkler system and then he ghosted me. He's very deceptive and is a fraud.
